He was very pushy to get me to do test on something other than I came for and I told them that my regular doctor is aware about it and is not concerned about it and I didn't come to him for that

GI Doctor didn't knock the door. Didn't ask to uncover my belly to check but lifted my shirt on his own. Also didn't want to view my ct images when I wanted but he insisted on seeing the report only. Not much bedside manners unfortunately

My insurance company was very difficult to work with but the team worked to get the test I needed approved.

I like the office and the staff that worked there. They were very respectful and helpful, and so was the doctor. I mean, that's why I go to Virch Lock, because of the care that the doctors give, and I'm very satisfied with him.

It was my first visit with the doctor and I was very satisfied. He was very professional and knowledgeable of my health needs.

The doctor was very attentive. The nurse that brought me in was somewhat objectionable.

It was a good experience, however, it felt like it was too rushy for me, too rushed. I felt like I was being hurried along.

Oh, Dr. Modena was great. He was very, very helpful and encouraging with my, as far as my diet is concerned. And, you know, I felt like he really helped a lot as far as getting me the tests that I need and I appreciated it.
