The only issue was not his fault but was due to the inability of My Chart to work properly in transmitting the health information to him by artificially correcting it( and getting it wrong by changing correct information) and limiting the amount of information that could be imputed.

Very satisfied with Scott and his care of me....he gave me his full attention and I really needed it.....Thank you!!!!!!

This was my first visit, and it was wonderful from start to finish!

I was taken into the examining room on time and the assistant reviewed a few things with me. The provider entered shortly after. He reviewed my meds, recovery from surgery, and asked if I had any questions. I feel very comfortable with this provider.

This was my first experience with virtual primary care. Everybody from the front desk all the way to Scott, my provider, were fantastic. Scott is the ultimate professional. Listened to everything I had to say. Obviously had a lot of background about my history, all that good stuff. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I am a retired RN and nuclear medicine technologist of 45 years. It is very difficult these days to find a professional, empathetic, knowledgeable primary care provider. Scott Audi is definitely one of them. He took care of me at the prior practice in Medford and I purposely sought him out when the practice closed. Virtua is very lucky to have someone like Scott Audi there.

This was my first visit to Virtua Primary Care and I had a good experience. Scott Auty is a great care provider. He listened to my concerns, informed me of my options, and, most importantly, gave me sound medical advice.

I appreciate the time and care Scott Audrey spent with me. He was attentive and thorough and helped with all of my medical needs. This was a first visit with him at Virtual, however I knew him from Holton/Hickeys office.

I had been seeing Scott Auty at his former practice Optum Medical. When I received a letter from my insurance company that the office was closing, I reached out to him about following him to his new practice. A few weeks later, he called me at home to give me the information that he'd be joining this practice. I am happy that he joined the Virtua family, as I recently had knee replacement surgery and the surgeon, my cardiologist are all with Virtua. Scott can easily monitor my health. He has always been attentive and answers all questions thoroughly. My husband will begin seeing him now, too.

Before seeing Scott, whoever took my blood pressure did not appear to be having her best day - she was disinterested and/or preoccupied - or was it her first day on the job? She also recorded the wrong number for my pulse. The instrument said 71 and she recorded 51.

Scott is a good PA. Virtua is a horrible Heath system. I am deformed after the endoscopy. The few docs I saw prior to Scott were horrible mean dismissive arrogant and disrespectful. I was so relieved Scott joined that mess. I am scarred and still on medications from an endoscopy in Oct. it's hard to imagine how virtua could be any worse

Scott is by far the best primary care provider I have ever had. His active listening skills, genuine empathy, memory of my records and issues and bedside manner are far above most other primary care physicians. Scott's knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions and current research is outstanding. Additionally, I rarely give compliments at all.

The doctor and staff were professional and did a wonderful job. Virtua is letting their patients down and forcing them to choose other medical options because of their lack of medical support in psychiatric and other specialty areas. We will no longer support Virtua as a company. That is all that it has turned into.
