I wasn't satisfied due to the extension of time being there in the office for more than 1hour 15 minutes and then seen by the doctor (Dorfner) less than 10 minutes. I am not certain about his assessment of my physical condition is accurate, but I will follow through with his treatment recommendations. He never inquired to me about the primary reason I reported for my reason to have an appointment.

Great overall service

I've been a patient of Doctor Dorfner for roughly 27 years. He is sharp, well organized and truly professional. Practicing medicine has changed over the years. It is clear that Dr Dorfner stays current on the latest information. More importantly than that, though, he maintains his ability to relate as a human being. To me this is the most important thing I expect from a physician. Despite how much his practice grew over the years, I've never felt like I was "rushed" through an appointment. That is not only laudable, evident of a man who is truly dedicated to his craft.

No issues or concerns regarding my visit. However, if staff can enforce the use of cell phones in the waiting area. It is rude and highly annoying to sit for one hr in the waiting room and listen to loud phone conversations. A physician's office should be somewhat quiet at all times. Thank you.

Dr Dorfner is the best doctor ever he has been my doctor for over 20 years. So kind, caring and polite. Always takes time to listen he does not rush in and out.

I would like to be seen at the time of my appointment, not 20 minutes later, not 15 minutes later, not a half an hour later. When I schedule an appointment, I'm there on time, and I think that you should be able to see me on time.

The wait time to see the provider the day of the appointment was over 48 minutes. I take it he was working but my time is also important.

I think the system is faulty in the sense that it doesn't give doctors enough time or the medical staff enough time with each patient. They're expected to know and go through too much because some people have very complicated situations. So it's not the doctor, it's the system.

Over booking is a practice to try to avoid. I realize there are multiple patients to schedule but the waiting time shouldn't be an hour. The good point is the doctor wont turn anyone away .

There's almost never an open appointment that's less than a month away when trying to make an appointment on the MyChart. If I have asthma and I have breathing problems, there's no way it should take a month to get an appointment.
