Very decent and everything very clean.

The provider was extremely thorough and followed up with seeking a diagnosis.

Dr. Welch was very professional and explained a lot of things to me. He took his time and showed genuine concern with the goal of creating a plan to manage my care. He also made me feel seen and heard about my experiences. The medical assistant was also very kind and treated me with respect and courtesy. The office staff was helpful and the environment was very clean.

Dr. Welch was attentive to my medical issues that brought me to him very carefully.

This was my first visit with Dr. Welch. He was pleasant and very thorough collecting my extensive history. He is very knowledgeable about my conditions. He called me to inform me of his treatment lan after speaking with my pulmonologist. He provided instructional materials about possible medication. He is excellent caring physician.

The provider doctor he was amazing very nice very caring. He listen in that meant a lot to me because I've been in pain for a long time and he was a big help, but I gotta be honest and say the nurse assistant she could've smiled more or talk more but literally she just said sit there. Do you have any medications and then that was it? I was afraid to talk to her cause she looked like she was gonna eat me alive.
