Although it was my first time meeting with Sean, he was familiar with my medical history and was concerned about my knee and progress.

[REDACTED] the PA was excellent he listened and was very pleasant and the medical assistant as well

The people who I encountered were kind and helpful. Sean was knowledgeable, helpful and patient with me and my questions. Unfortunately, my wait time in the waiting room was about an hour and a half. I am appreciative of my overall experience.

As a former Employee when the Berlin Hospital was in full operation Excellent care was always given.

More attention to particular risk factors should be identified and discussed with the patient before surgery and more care taken by the surgical team to lessen those risks during surgery. Also, I did not feel confident about the advice given to me by a medical assistant when post op surgery problems arose. It should only be given by a PA or doctor. If I didn't advocate for myself, I would not have gotten the information I needed to address my post op problems.

I've been a patient for 10 years or more. It was the first time in that practice office in Seoul, New Jersey. Once I got to the correct area, Sean was outstanding, but I initially came into the larger reception area, and two of those women were not very nice and derogatory, and then they put me in the wrong reading room, and then discovered that they indeed had put me in the wrong place, and then guided me to the correct area with an apology down towards where I was supposed to see Sean and getting the x-rays. Thank you.

I was unhappily because they just took exrays of my nee but had ordered the shots so I could get it while I was there now i got to make another trip to start taking the shots for three weeks I have been getting these shots for several years and i never had this to happen

Excellent Team Work Excellent CARE

The front office is very friendly and considerate. The x-ray department was accurate on all of the x-rays redid a couple so that it would be better to be read. Sean the PA what is friendly and personable.

Unfortunately, my appointment was at 11:15 and I want seen until 12:45. That is unacceptable. If I was that late, I would not have been seen by the PA. You need to do better.

Yes i was told by Dr [REDACTED] assistant, PA he called me while he was driving and said I need to do another blood test. Today I went to 3 different places . Until I called customer service did I know I had to go to the hospital to get a pre op blood test . I wasted 4 hours of my day, when he could have told me its pre op .
