Everyone was wonderful.

I've been a patient for 10 years or more. It was the first time in that practice office in Seoul, New Jersey. Once I got to the correct area, Sean was outstanding, but I initially came into the larger reception area, and two of those women were not very nice and derogatory, and then they put me in the wrong reading room, and then discovered that they indeed had put me in the wrong place, and then guided me to the correct area with an apology down towards where I was supposed to see Sean and getting the x-rays. Thank you.

I was unhappily because they just took exrays of my nee but had ordered the shots so I could get it while I was there now i got to make another trip to start taking the shots for three weeks I have been getting these shots for several years and i never had this to happen

The front office is very friendly and considerate. The x-ray department was accurate on all of the x-rays redid a couple so that it would be better to be read. Sean the PA what is friendly and personable.

Yes i was told by Dr [REDACTED] assistant, PA he called me while he was driving and said I need to do another blood test. Today I went to 3 different places . Until I called customer service did I know I had to go to the hospital to get a pre op blood test . I wasted 4 hours of my day, when he could have told me its pre op .

PA Shawn is the best!

I had a 130 appointment to see the physicians assistant Sean. I arrived for my appointment at 1:15 waited in the waiting room until 215 after finally asking what the holdup was then they called me back and I waited in the office another 15 minutes. All through this time, no one notified me that there was a delay was, maybe there wasn't a delay. Maybe they were just overbooking patients. As a practice manager in orthopedics it's very helpful to let patients know about delays this way they have the option to reschedule if they want.
