The front office is very friendly and considerate. The x-ray department was accurate on all of the x-rays redid a couple so that it would be better to be read. Sean the PA what is friendly and personable.

PA Shawn is the best!

I had a 130 appointment to see the physicians assistant Sean. I arrived for my appointment at 1:15 waited in the waiting room until 215 after finally asking what the holdup was then they called me back and I waited in the office another 15 minutes. All through this time, no one notified me that there was a delay was, maybe there wasn't a delay. Maybe they were just overbooking patients. As a practice manager in orthopedics it's very helpful to let patients know about delays this way they have the option to reschedule if they want.

Yes, just want to let you people know that everything they did for me, I was quite satisfied with them. They made me comfortable. They kept me, I went in on a Monday afternoon, they kept me till Tuesday. And like I said, everything was, I'm quite satisfied with the doctor and with all the people involved. Thank you.

Mr Sean Ceci, was most helpful, I felt he went the extra mile to understand my issues and to empathize with me and give me the best advice for my situation.

I made an appointment with Dr. Schofet and was surprised when I was told I was going to see the PA. He was very thorough, kind and professional. I was very happy with him but I just feel that if I make an appointment with one provider, I should be advised that I would be seeing a different provider.

The PA barely seemed awake. He yawned the whole visit and I was uncomfortable with his casual demeanor instead of a professional demeanor. I usually am fine with any PA but if I need to see Dr. Reid again I will wait for an appointment with him.

The staff was so empathetic to my pain and treated me with such care.
