X-ray team was great! The tech was concerned with me walking through the office with my walker and advised me a wheelchair would be better for the office as the walk to X-ray and then to examination room then back to the front would be long. The technician wheeled one up and helped me in it. I appreciate that she looked out for me.

I worked at Marlton for 33 years as did my husband Dr. [PHI] who was one of the doctors who opened Garden State Community Hospital. Alls staff was professional kind and caring.

It would be nice if there were a canopy over the building for people in wheelchairs, etc., when it rains. Otherwise, everything was good.

Once online or face to face with a provider, I was treated very well. The process of making an appointment or speaking directly to a person is frustrating and needs improvement. The call wait time is excessive. I have reached out for in home pt as prescribed. I have been told that someone will schedule an appointment within a week or two. It was my understanding pt would begin more ch sooner. To be clear, I have been very pleased with Virtua's treatment in the ER, Dr Pulido and Radiology. It is scheduling that requires improvement.

Dr. Pulido is the most understanding, knowledgeable, efficient surgeon I have ever had. I have been blessed to have him perform 5 or 6 of my surgeries. He is the top expert of surgeons. He is an asset to Virtua, to say the least.

I have been a patient several times with Reconstructive Orthopedics, and feel that I have had the best care each time.

There was a mixup for my original appointment (on my end) and they were kind enough to give me other appointment within a few days. I was so relieved and thankful that they were so kind to do that for me.

He was in a big hurry to get me out of the office. When I asked questions he answered them with the same response. "Do not work into pain. Stop before it starts. Do not work through the pain." He did not explain why.

I liked how he consulted with all my various doctors and came up with a plan.

Although my first appointment was scheduled with the wrong doctor, the rest of the care provided to me was exemplary. The Xray technicians were particularly careful and solicitous. The doctor was upbeat, but very professional.

Changed his whole attitude toward me and after telling me for 4 months and before surgery I would b back to dancing (been a dancer for 20 yrs) and that I was ahead of the curve with my recovery that I would need to use a cane the rest of my life! A total blindside! I asked if it was a side effect of his procedure and he said no it was a consequence of it! I also am a professional!

My experience at the office was excellent BUT when I tired to call today to leave a message to talk to the doctor about getting medication change I couldn't get through. I called 4 times and was on hold for 20 minutes each time. And each time at the end, it would say that they couldn't complete my call at this time and to call back again later. I couldn't even leave a message for the doctor to call me back because it would never go through. It is absolutely ridiculous that I cannot call and leave a message to have someone call me back. This is a doctors office. Do better.

Dr Pulido and his staff was very cordial. Dr Pulido listened to what I had to say. He was honest about my MRI and condition.
