Dr Keller goes to great lengths to understand your condition and concerns. He throughly reviews any test results and goes into great detail to review any pertinent scans using models to supplement the scans so you can throughly understand what you are seeing in the scans. Just an incredible experience. This is what healthcare should look and feel like!!!

While I like Dr Keller, I'd like to spend more time on my issues and less time chatting. I like the chats, but when I feel he doesn't hear (aka disregards) nor responds to a problem I've had that seems to be worsening, I feel that my symptoms are being "poo-pooed" off. Just because I can hold my hands out straight and I have equal and good strength, doesn't mean my tremors are effecting my quality of life (need 2 hands to drink out of a cup and picking up small items, pills get flicked all over the place, and some days I can't even read my own handwriting. Bank called to be sure I issued a check as the signature was so scribly. I really like Dr Keller, and I don't want to go to a different Dr, but I need him to discuss my issues. Only other issue I have with the practice is getting an appointment, especially at annual intervals.

Would have appreciated to have been made AWARE ahead of time that a medical student would be sitting in on my appointment. Did not feel comfortable having to speak to 2 people about my medical history etc. Doctor should speak to medical student after apt about how he presents to a patient. The patient wants the doctor's complete attention not have to sit there and listen to doctor teach/correct a medical student.

Hi. Yes, Dr. Keller was very nice and he was courteous and he was interested in my care. It was my first visit. However, I felt a little bit kind of just sent on to physical therapy and blood work. I felt like we could have gone into a little more depth with my past history, especially regarding my surgery, other options, since I had already gone through one bout of PT. I was kind of hoping he would have had some other additional options for my care, I guess would be the best way to put it. Now I haven't been back yet for the second visit, so hopefully at that visit, maybe there'll be some other suggestions. I realize that with neuropathy, there's not a whole lot that can be done sometimes. It depends on the nerves coming back after surgery. So it's kind of difficult to say, but that's why I kind of said an eight because I felt a little bit disappointed.

I found a very difficult to get the answers. I needed to find out about my billing and who did what and who sent the bill to and why The system has to get better gotta make everybody give the doctor and who did it and when

Dr Keller answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. It was a pleasure to speak with him.

I'm not sure about the visit doctor wrote that i was trying to diagnose my symptoms myself he said I shouldn't gogle symptoms for answers

Talking to me and explaining things and overall, I felt very comfortable and I understood very well. As far as improvement, if someone's late, I think 15 minutes to 20 minutes wouldn't really hurt. We can't determine the traffic. But other than that, he's a very great doctor and I like him a lot.

Dr Keller reviewed my history concerning Parkinson's & he examined me thoroughly. I was extremely pleased with his assessment and prescribed treatment of my condition.

Doctor's post visit notes contain several errors. Almost as if he copy pasted from a different patient. He also refers to pt's wife as ex-wife.
