This has been the best experience I have had with any doctor. Dr Stake's concern for me has gone above and beyond any expectations I had. He is very professional and respectful to me and my wife. I am so glad I picked Dr. Stake to perform my knee replacement surgery. I will and have already recommended Dr. Stake to anyone who needs hip or knee surgery.

I thought Dr. Stake did a wonderful job. He was very attentive to everything. Any questions I had, he answered very well. He made me very comfortable that he would be the person to do my procedure. And he did listen to all of my concerns and made me feel comfortable that all my concerns were being met. The only problem I had, and it was just a small problem, is I thought the staff out front could have been a little more responsive. They seemed to be just talking to each other a lot when they could have been helping people out a little more. But it wasn't terribly bad. Overall, though, I had a very good experience, and I really think the world of Dr. Stake. Thank you.

I was supposed to get a script for a CAT scan and it's not in my patient portal and it hasn't been forwarded to stat imaging in Vineland and that was the information I provided and the girl at the desk knew that and now I'm having a very difficult time trying to reach you back to forward that script for the CAT scan. Please remedy the situation immediately. I have to move on with this. Thank you.

I was late went the wrong site.I was still seen at a timely fashion no questions asked. The doctor was super and polite with his cold hands,we all laughed Doctor was kind and spoke to me sbout what was going on with my knees No opetation. Praise God. Thank you for the good srrvice.

Dr Stake listens does not do unnecessary treatments and is very caring and efficient as well as positive.

Dr. Stake is one of the best Drs I have ever met. His bedside manner, his listening abilities, his understanding and kindness show through in how he treats his patients on every visit. He is one of the best and I'm glad I found him to perform my surgery.

I was surprised that all but one employee at the front desk were rather poker faced in their interation with me, as is not the case in other Virtua offices. They were not unfriendly. I merely felt "processed."

Dr. Stake did a very thorough job and I appreciated everything. The injection he gave me in my knee is most helpful and did not hurt at all.

The front desk staff and the medical assistant intake employee was not very nice at all. Not friendly and very unprofessional. The ine front desk lady was checking out a patient while eating food with a mouth full of food. The emoloyee that came in before the orovider was very rude and unprofessional. She brought our list of medication back in and opened the doir and just put her hand in waved it and gave it to us. She didnt come back in the room fully. We never experienced that in all our life. The provider was wonderful and that is the only reason we are having the surgery with him. We are surprised you are not losing patients due to the front desk staff

I found the doctor to be very nice. He knew a lot about my medical history. He explained what was going to be done, the advantages and the possible problems. He was very interested and he took his time. It was not rushed.

She was borderline rude. Not sure I would use this practice as a result of less than friendly attitude. Surgeon was very nice.

I am very happy with the results of my knee replacement. Recovery is easier than expected.

Once again, the 3 front desk csr's are loud and kept talking about personal items upon arrival and check in. The lack of professional attitude is so obvious. The male CSR, who walks back and forth, is cold and insensitive. Not even professional and does not make eye contact. Upon check out the one CSR at the desk was eating her pizza wide open at the desk and I asked her if I can make another appointment. She rolled her eyes, kept chewing and grudgingly told me she'd have to sign in again. So not professional nor willing to help. That is not a good representation of your company or that office. The renovation at that office is strange, too I mentioned to the doctor how horrible the front desk is.

Dr. Stake is very clear and supportive in his communication and interaction with patient. He took extra step to contact daughter in a timely manner after surgery as well as after follow up appointment.

I was a new patient at this appointment. The online check-in process was very helpful. The staff at this facility were pleasant and professional. Dr. Stake was very thorough in his examination and in explaining the medical diagnosis and the suggested treatment, which he performed at the appointment. Yes, I liked his preciseness, his questions, and he gave me a chance to explain from head to toe and everything that was going on. I would suggest him, and I felt very comfortable talking with him about my problem. And he would not let me leave that office unless he helped me some type of way, and I appreciate that.

I basically right now I'm waiting to get an answer to have a shot and I need it to be verified and I'm just waiting. I tried all day to get someone on the phone and I've been unable to do it. I know they're busy but I still need to get the appointment so that I can get the shot.

Doctor only addressed one issue. All the things that were wrong on the x-ray, he could not answer. And would not give me a walker or a scooter when I've been falling down, et cetera, et cetera. There's a lot of issues that he did not even answer any of my questions, not one. Even looking at x-rays, I asked him, what's that? He said, oh, I don't know. I think something needs to be checked out. Thank you very much for listening.

We ended the appointment, doctor. I've forgotten the name now. Amicably, he gave me a prescription for an MRI. And since then, everything has fallen apart. The doctor is under the impression that Uniformed Services Health Plan does not require a pre-certification for this procedure, they do. And I have been fighting all the remainder of the week to get that arranged. And I think I have until, I don't know what the deadline currently is, to honor an appointment

The front desk staff, two women and a rude man are awful and lazy and do not represent Virtua well at all. They are not professional and don't have a good attitude. The doctor I saw was wonderful but the front desk staff is awful. I do not recommend ever going there again.
