Dr Salim is an awesome professional doctor who cares about his patients health. He made me feel at ease while discussing my situation and the treatment he thinks will be best for me. The ladies at the front desk were extremely nice and helpful. They also treated me with respect and guided me in the way I needed to go in order to get my records for Dr Salim.

My experience with the Dr S was wonderful. He was very thorough and very honest with all the options I had and addressed them with the utmost concern and priority.

Well, today I called to see if I can get one more refill on my prescription from Dr. Salim, and they swore that somebody would call me back and let me know yes or no, and nobody ever called me back. So that's an area I think you can improve on. When you tell somebody you're going to call them back, call them back. That's it.

He was great down to earth. Told me options of what to do vs not recommended. Very personable.

He was very caring and was concerned about my pain. He told me step by step what will and can be done to help me straighten up my back and he gave me a shot in my hip and that made me feel so much better. I love him as my doctor, and will refer him to everyone l know.

I read another review where Dr. Salim was criticized for talking too much. I disagree. Dr. Salim explains everything in a manner that's easy to follow and understand, rather than some highfalutin' medical language that goes over my head. This is to be appreciated because not every doctor does this. I'm able to understand why I'm having the pains/issues I am and this makes me comfortable with the treatment he prescribes. The best part is he's equal parts friendly and professional in his approach. I recommend him without reservation.

He barely spoke to me. He did not address my concerns. All be did was give me a script for more PT and told me to see my primary if I had any more concerns. He did not recommend heat or cold. Told me to do what ever seemed to help. I had to ask if I should see him again. I was concerned about a blood clot since my leg seemed to swell a little a few times. He said he didn't think so without looking at or touching my leg and again said check it out with my primary. He treated me like a waste of his time and offered no advice or recommendations. I definitely would tell everyone not see this doctor. I was given a follow up appointment that I will definitely request another doctor. He was awful

I had an extremely wonderful experience with Dr. Salim. He's very kind, he's very helpful, very knowledgeable. I trust him completely. He gives every information that you need and answers questions and is kind and polite and doesn't mind answering questions.

Waited over 30 minutes in a very cold exam room for the doctor . When doc came in he said wow it's freezing in here and put me in a warm room.

Please change your phone system. To get an appointment, I had to call back many times before I finally got through. I was put on hold for long periods of time. When I finally got to my appointment, the doctor was very nice. He listened to me, listened to what I was saying, asked what I thought were pertinent questions, and I got very good treatment. But your telephone system is awful. Thank you.

the doctor did no exam, documented incorrect info in my DC summary, and treated me like i was there for pain meds. very condescending. did not address my issue. paid $75 copay to be told use a pillow.

I had a great experience although It is very difficult to get in contact with anyone at the office. I have been attempting to get a medication filled since Monday.

I was not completely satisfied with the information given to me at this appointment, but it is my first time here and my first time with this type pain. I was told to go to PT but given no script and no return/follow-up date. I won't be back now.

I was pleasantly greeted. I felt special and immediately appreciated by Dr. Salim. He made an effort to make sure I understood what he was communicating to me in plain and in medical language. He gave me options, the reasoning and process around each, and went out of his way to "check in" with me, to gauge my level of satisfaction. It was a tremendous educational experience. The staff must be careful to schedule your appointment with the right provider. I waited 2 weeks to be called the morning of the first scheduled appointment to be told that it was a mistake and I had to reschedule with another provider who specializes in my problem area.

Dr. Salim is excellent! I'm very upset the practice has removed the machine that does back ablations from the Vineland office. It's very inconvenient for people from this area. I have recommended many people to your office for this procedure, with that being said, I have had comments made to me regarding the travel they must make now to get their ablations done.

It was very difficult to make an appointment. And the process to make the appointment was over 20 minutes, because the person wanted to know if it was my hip or my back, which I didn't know. That's why I was going to the doctor. So whoever booked my appointment was very difficult to deal with. That was the worst part of the whole experience. And it shouldn't take 25 minutes to make an appointment to see a doctor. Everyone at the place was very friendly and helpful.

From the minute I stepped into the office, it was far above my expectations...My blood sugar dropped into the low 50's...the check-in staff immediately provided apple juice and crackers...then the triage nurse was compassionate and very thorough....then the Doctor, who was very concerned about my pain, but also my well being...He provided four options with concerns/outcomes of each...He recommended the option that he would take if it were his family member...He listened to our concerns, and my wife and I left feeling totally comfortable with his care and recommendation. Although it wasn't what we had hoped for before the appointment, we knew that I was being cared for by a competent, compassionate physician...Honestly, we could use many more physicians like him!!

The doctor just wanted to talk about himself, and then accused me of mistalking to him, which was not true. And I was scared, and I was worried, and I was in pain, and he didn't understand any of that. So, it wasn't a good visit at all. My primary sent me there. I didn't go there on my own.

He didn't really listen to me. He doesn't know anything about my medical history but was in a hurry to tell me there was nothing could be done for me even though he isn't a surgeon. Very disappointed in the service I received.

He hardly examined me.Just looked at my actress turned me a couple of times and that's it. No, after care of what I might be able to do, just things that he knows.I can't you being as i'm on oxygen. I. Just don't believe that there's nothing that nobody could do. He didn't even offer a back brace. Very disappointed.

The staff was great, Dr. Salim however was absolutely horrendous. He did not ask me for a medical history or why I was there. It seemed like he saw that my X-rays were fine and I was a young woman who shouldn't be having issues and decided that it all must be in my head. Basically told me that there would be no treatment that would work, even though I was not there for a treatment plan, I was there as another step on my path to figuring out what was going on. And I also have had body work that has improved my condition thus far, which is an encouraging sign that I may be able to find a treatment plan in the future once the rest of my care team can narrow down what is going on. He did not listen to me at all, he did not give me space to talk, and was extremely condescending. I think it is extremely medically negligent to come in with a predetermined diagnosis for a patient you have never met before. The worst Doctor I have ever met in my life.

For me, I did not think I'd get a fair treatment because the doctor comes in and he's talking about surgery. He not even said, let's try this, let's try that, let's try this. All he's talking about is surgery. That's the last thing someone's going to want to hear about their back. Try some medication before you start. I said surgery, surgery, surgery. So I did not feel comfortable and I did not go with the care because I think it is bad for me. I'm just worried now.

Yes, the doctor kind of contradicted what one of the other doctors said, and then he told me that the way to tell if I had this problem was to observe the gait, and he never even had me stand up to look at my back, to watch me walk, or to check my back. He just had an opinion based on what the other doctor said, and then he said, well, it's having you do the right thing, but he shouldn't have scared you as much as he did, yet he didn't really give me any, what I felt was reasonable diagnosis or take the time to look at me to give a reasonable diagnosis. That's just the way I felt.

Dr Salim explained everything to me as I have seen him before for a neck issue and now I have come back for my lumbar spine and already got the process started with PT and Dr salim was able to order an mri to see what is going on.

Excellent Care

Efficiency. I arrived at 3:20 for a 3:30 appointment. I was taken back at 3:25, had an x-Ray, saw the Dr.and was out by 3:55.

Checkout was a little sketchy. Left me sitting there for a while. And I haven't gotten my call back for my surgery date yet. It's been almost a week. That's it. Bye-bye.

The only unpleasant part is trying to schedule an appointment. There needs to be a better way than sitting on hold for an hour or never getting a call back if you choose that option.

Dr. Salim was no none, explained everything. Came up with a plan that I have been waiting for, for years. Re-affirming my decision to leave the AtlantiCare health system was the best for me!!!

I wasn't prepared for the information that the doctor gave me. And as a result of that, it didn't sink in and I still have more questions. I don't know if I can call with the questions or if I have to make another appointment to see him for those questions.
