My experience was good and the care provider explained everything very good to me.

Everyone in the office was wonderful and friendly. Dr. Naik is Excellent. She's very thorough, compassionate and listens very carefully. She's absolutely wonderful! I trust her with my care!

It was a little difficult to follow the doctor's instructions concerning medication use when I was getting my ear clean out by the nurse at the same time. Too much going on at the same time. Instructions being given by doc and flushing of ear at same time. Tough situation.

I am very happy with my doctor. She is attentive and very professional. She listens to what you want to communicate. The nurse who took my vitals was excellent as well. And the receptionist was very nice. From the time I entered the facility to when I left everyone was great. And it all took 30 minutes at the most. I am very pleased with their service.

I was seeking a new primary doctor and was very pleased with Dr Niak, she took her time with me and addressed all my concerns.

Dr. Naik is a welcome addition to the office.

I felt as though my complaints were not taken seriously, given my follow up was requested for 6 months from now and the only testing ordered was blood work. Gave me no options when it came to addressing my overall concerns that affect my quality of life.

Doctor was thorough in checking my leg wound, asking questions to help her understand the condition. She offered several solutions and assured me treatment was on the right track. She involved me in the whole session and explained everything clearly.

This was a first time visit so the provider did not know my medical history. But asked questions about my health.

I was happy I could be seen same day by Dr. Naik. First time I seen her & was very satisfied with diagnosis.

I received excellent service. They were very kind and helpful with everything. I don't speak English, but they provided a translator for me, and I'm truly grateful to all the staff working online. Thank you very much.

Not all tens because this is my first time visiting the practice everything was fantastic on my first visit and I'm looking forward to providing more feedback as time progresses.

With my son's records, being transferred from one doctor's office to another, it seemed like there was a lot of confusion that records were not received. Found out later they were visible through the portal. Not all staff members are aware of this because I had a lot of back-and-forth conversations with several staff members and it was left up to the patient to figure this out. I did address with the doctor at the visit and she stated she would also address on her end. Overall, the doctor visit went well and appreciate all the feedback given.

Quick and easy

The attention that the nurse Lee gave to me was wonderful. She listen to me and related my concerns to Dr Naik. Dr Naik is very personable and professional. She listened and questions me and gave me a lot of respect. She was interested in my health and answered my many varied questions. She understood my difficulty with my hearing and made adjustments so I could hear her clearly

I really appreciated that in the age of 15 minutes visits she took the time to listen to my concerns and discuss them with me. That's not very common anymore.

Dr Naik was very thorough in caring for my health needs.

Had to threaten to leave office to get appointment left there with suggestions. Went to patient first and they prescribed me with antibiotics feeling much better 2 days later. Not sure i will ever go back. Virtua needs to do better

Dr. Naik introduced herself since this is the first time I saw her. It was a nice gesture since the more seasons doctors do not extend this politeness. Dr. Naik listened and I believe came to diagnosis quickly and provided options to remedies with giving me choice of treatment. Due to her youth, I hope she does not lose the manner of carinf and respect.
