Always a great experience at my care provider office
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 4/10/2026
Yes, I had a very good experience from the time that I walked in. This was my first time as a new patient. The only thing that I would say is the day after I called and left a message to have Dr. Chowdhury call me back, but I haven't heard back from anybody. So I will be calling back tomorrow just to follow up with my message. That was the only thing I didn't hear back when I called and left the message. But other than that, everything was great. I'm happy that I've selected this provider and I'm looking forward to having Dr. Chowdhury as my doctor. Thank you.

Having not been to this practice in sometime I was treated as a new patient and given a new primary Doctor who I could talk too and felt she was passionate about patient care!!! Like old school doctors would take the time to listen!!! Not rush you in and out like you were inconveniencing them.

Check in staff could use a refresher course to acknowledge patients/ anyone entering g the facility. Just because it one may not think it " their job or I was on break or some other issue" is no excuse to work as a team. If one person is designated to check patients in and is busy with another person, the other team mates standing behind the counter, out of respect, see that "assigned" individual is busy and merely greet the person standing there waiting for one of the many people behind the desk "kibitzing" to acknowledge them. How long does that simple gesture take? No one die that when I came in, the person in front of me was being helped. 3-4 individuals were behind the counter. One just completed helping someone on the side, upon finishing that task, walked over without looking up and proceeded to start another task, as I recall. One was sitting in front of a computer chatting with each other, the one who also had just finished checking in the person in front of me, continued what ever she may have been doing and still didn't look up to acknowledge I was standing there waiting. While at the same time walking over to the trio of other staff and covers I g with them briefly, no one acknowledging I was standing there waiting... no greeting, no "someone will be right with you" until I took it upon myself to boldly say "Hello", got everyone attention and was finally greeted. Two of the chatting three lefty the room And the one sitting at the computer turned and started paying attention to that terminal. The person apparently assigned to Check in gracefully acknowledged me. This in my most humble opinion is uncalled for. People entering g a practice where they are entrusting their care to s provider of any sort, deserve to be treated better so They will fill much more confident in the staff that is providing that service.... Any service! These days there is too much complacency. Let's all do better!

I didn't feel the Dr. took my concerns seriously. When I told her about feeling exhausted lately. I thought we would check bloodwork for Lyme or thyroid. She said it was probably from stress

Hello, this particular provider had me waiting for a sick visit. After check-in, I waited in the office before the doctor came in, probably a half an hour. And when this particular provider got there, I think that the half hour wait was indicative of the urgency that she felt was needed to address my medical need. And I think that that probably says it all. I don't go into the office when I'm sick. My voice is still not all the way back and I had no voice. But again, that was just a little disconcerting that I felt that that provider erred that little or was annoyed about ?

The doctor for the girl who was helping me, I don't know if her name was Mr. [REDACTED]. She put my weight incorrect. She, I feel like, she was like, yeah, she 1:34, she put it at 1:72. And I didn't notice it at the time, and then I saw it on my PMI. That was the only error. But everything else was good. It was really a very good interaction. And I hope they were able to fix that in their system for me, for my weight.

The ordering of meds is wrong 50 % of the time.
- 4 out of 5 starsReviewed on 11/10/2025
Felt Dr was rushed. Only see every 6 months and nurse interrupted and Dr left room. Appointment is short enough without interruptions. Felt I had to insist on further investigation for an issue when Dr was ready to assume not necessary. My husband has another Dr in-same practice and when he mentions an issue that Dr will order x-ray or test to determine if any problem. Neither one of us just mention or complain if not valid.

When I went to the emergency room two days before this visit with the doctor, they did me an examination and they told me I had gastritis and constipation. I kept having pain even after I had bowel movements. So when I saw the doctor, she gave me an examination. She told me right away that it was either my appendix or my gallbladder. And after further tests, they found out it was my gallbladder and I had to have emergency surgery. I thank her very much for her professionalism. She is, in my opinion, a really good doctor. Thank you.

Dr. Chowdhury has a tendency not to listen to your concerns when you have them or when you tell her exactly what your symptoms are. She doesn't want to agree with what your symptoms are and then tells you that it's something else. When I know what it was, the last time I came, I had an eye infection. She tried to tell me it was allergies. I ended up having to go to Will's Eye after and get antibiotic eye drops for an eye infection. She kept trying to tell me it was allergies. In this situation, I told her I had fungus on my hand. She tried to tell me, no, it wasn't fungus. I said, green and smelly nail bed lumped up is fungus. And she was like, okay, if you say so, I'll just give you a cream for the contact dermatitis and the fungus. But had I insisted that I had fungus, had already seen the fungus, already knew I had fungus, that she wasn't going to give me the cream. She does this all the time.

Wow, I called to ask the nurse a question & she got me a same-day appointment! And then Dr. Chowdhury was terrific, a very diligent clinical physician who gives me confidence that I'm in very good hands! Support staff in front office were very welcoming & pleasant, & the tech who took my vitals & reviewed my history was so nice, also thorough--a wonderful experience, if you aren't feeling well!
