The Rheumatologist did not listen to my symptoms. She kept referencing conditions that I had tested negative for. She didn't ask many questions. She also wrote off test results because they were "mild". She then was sending me to pain management for an unknown condition, despite my physical aliments and blood work being well documented. She then checked me for Arthritis in my hands and ankles. Which there was an EMG that showed i had a pinched nerve and carpal tunnel in the right hand. She also didn't address the arthritis in my neck or lower back that was shown on previous MRIs.. Also the pain management doctor was her choice. She didn't bother to seek one nearer my home.i have scheduled a second opinion with other rheumatologist. Also she seemed more concerned showing her new PA things, using me as an example rather then being a doctor and taking care of me as a patient.

I think the doctor for rheumatologists over there and I think it was Cherry Hill, I think she's a really good doctor. I think my help that I need is pretty extreme. I think she wants to do the right thing. And as an expert, she's just, you know, she's really trying to stick to the book and be a good doctor for human beings, especially me too. I don't like it, her choices that she's making for me, but I think she's still, she's truly still a professional.

In love Dr. Shah ! My first visit and I was pleased to have a female doctor. She was very attentive to my concerns and I was touched after I told her I'm a great grandmother, she said "then we want you to get better so you can watch her grow up". How amazing is that!!

I loved the doctor. She was really great. However, when I came in, all the women or the workers at the front desk were talking to each other and really didn't even acknowledge me. Otherwise, I loved the practice.

The information I received about ky diagnosis was very informational and educational.

Dr Shah listened to everything I was saying. Unfortunately, there isn't to much she can do for my situation. She was very thorough and understanding.

Dismissed my concerns quickly, barely listened, referred me to someone who referred me back to rheumatology. It felt like a joke. Drove over 40 minutes to be seen less than 10 minutes and completely dismissed.

I said yes to mostly because this was my first time I have to get to know the stuff and the Dr...other wise the visit was very friendly thank you

I don't understand why my Dr did not have the tools she needed to view my X-rays taken from my virtual hand specialist

The doctor listened to me at the end and picked up on something about my physicality that no one else had ever asked me and that could impact on my diagnosis. I'm hyper, I'm double jointed and she's the first person to have ever commented upon it, seen it and said that there was a syndrome connected to things with it that could affect arthritis. So that information of course is very important and it was very bright of her to have picked up upon it and to have asked more about it. I appreciate that very much. I would like to learn more about that and see what it means. So thank her very much.

I am not satisfied with this provider. I was disrespected by the provider who came into the room announcing herself but not addressing me by name or even looking at me. She didn't even take my vitals. She sent me on my way with pages of drug information which front desk printed to out and a lab referral. I will not be back.

I never met this doctor before, she was filling in for a doctor that was familiar with my condition. And didn't seem concerned with other doctors patients.

New Doctor. She was very good- very thorough.

I was seen right on time, was not rushed through my appointment!
