I am very impressed, especially with her office handling, sorry, and her bedside manner. I'm looking forward to working with her some more on my situation. Thank you.

Dismissed my concerns quickly, barely listened, referred me to someone who referred me back to rheumatology. It felt like a joke. Drove over 40 minutes to be seen less than 10 minutes and completely dismissed.

I don't understand why my Dr did not have the tools she needed to view my X-rays taken from my virtual hand specialist

Awesome Doctor and Staff.

The doctor listened to me at the end and picked up on something about my physicality that no one else had ever asked me and that could impact on my diagnosis. I'm hyper, I'm double jointed and she's the first person to have ever commented upon it, seen it and said that there was a syndrome connected to things with it that could affect arthritis. So that information of course is very important and it was very bright of her to have picked up upon it and to have asked more about it. I appreciate that very much. I would like to learn more about that and see what it means. So thank her very much.

Dr. Shah was amazing. She explained everything carefully and listened to my many questions.

I don't trust many doctor or like many doctors but Dr Shah is among the ones that I like. First time visit she understood my frustration from other doctors I have had. Good personality

Very little wait past the appointment time. Everyone was very polite and professional.

The service was very good

I am not satisfied with this provider. I was disrespected by the provider who came into the room announcing herself but not addressing me by name or even looking at me. She didn't even take my vitals. She sent me on my way with pages of drug information which front desk printed to out and a lab referral. I will not be back.

I never met this doctor before, she was filling in for a doctor that was familiar with my condition. And didn't seem concerned with other doctors patients.

New Doctor. She was very good- very thorough.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 9/24/2025
I was seen right on time, was not rushed through my appointment!
- 4 out of 5 starsReviewed on 8/17/2025
Dr. Shah was very polite and explained all new medical terminology to me. I'm happy she was amenable to pursuing treatment through a conservative route. The front desk needs retraining. It seems they weren't in a good mood and moved robotically without compassion.

I don't usually use Virtua but I will say the doctors that I have met are caring
- 1 out of 5 starsReviewed on 8/1/2025
The office staff were very nice. Dr. Shah did not do a history and did not seem to have looked at any of the scans and reports in my chart. She did not address the problem that I came in for. She gave me a stack of papers of different medications and wanted me to review them at home and choose which one I would like to go on for my osteoporosis. Isn't that her job?? I would never recommend her.

Dr Shah is so personable & professional. She made me feel comfortable & she focused on what I was saying. Very personal care. Thank you!

I was treated with respect as a patient. Virtua always treats patients as people not numbers. I always refer my friends and family to virtua. Ty.

Dr. Shah is an exceptional physician who is patient, kind and considerate during every office visit. She doesn't rush through the designated time, and provides honest feedback on every question or concern.

Great experience ! It did take over 2 months to get an appointment.
- 1 out of 5 starsReviewed on 7/6/2025
It was quite obvious that the doctor did not read my chart that I was asked to take the time to fill out prior to the appointment. I felt like I was not believed in my symptoms or concerns taken seriously bc she "could not see anything". Who tells someone with multiple auto immunes already to 'just take tylenol' when in pain?!?! If this appointment ended up taking place a month and a half from scheduling, instead of being a able to fill a cancelation, I would have been even more upset and angry. This was a waste and a set back in figuring out what is going on.

I had to call back in a few days because my steroid needed a prior authorization but no one from office knew about this. Once it was authorized...the prescription did NOT have directions on how to take it "Please see attached for detailed directions". There was no attached directions on the prescription bottle or the paperwork. I was also suppose to do bloodwork while on the methotrexate every month for the first 3 months. Only one set of orders for the 1st month was ordered but missing month 2 and 3 blood work order sets. Only one set of bloodwork order set was mailed and electronically sent to labcorp. I confirmed with labcorp on the first blood draw. If I was not a provider and could no recall directions, this is VERY DANGEROUS for my health care. The lack of follow up and the inconvenience of having to remind Dr. Shah (and staff) to do her job shows Dr. Shah's lack of experience and professionalism. I am highly disappointed in the care that was provided since all the mistakes that happened can harm my health and is not helping with my autoimmune flare up and fatigue to have to do extra work in asking for all the things that should be provided by the doctor (basic things like getting medication directions, medication PA, orders for repeat bloodwork). Contacting the office multiple times when these things should be done already is not convenient at all. Would not recommend to anyone this level of care.

Dr. Shivani was very kind and understanding.

I was more then pleased with my first visit with Shivani Shah. I mentioned to her that I have a problem with hearing and processing words. She spoke very clearly and a little slower, I was able to understand everything she said. If I ever need a Rheumatologist again, she will be the one.

Customer friendly and most knowledgeable!

Appointments should not take upwards to six weeks to see the doctor

It was great to have a doctor listen and understand your pain and how to find ways to get to the root of the problem without medicating you first. The best hope I have found yet.
