The staff in the lobby were really kind and helpful checking me in. The doctor came quite fast in a timely fashion and she was very helpful and I would recommend her to any family member of mine. It was a great staff and I enjoyed my visit and I'm looking forward to coming back.

Excellent care

The issue that I had was with the scheduler. She kept denying me an appointment does access to the doctor. Basically because she did not understand my condition and the necessity. I spent a lot of time on the telephone until she finally acquiesced and said she would leave it up to the provider to decide if she would take my case and was granted an appointment. The doctor was amazing.

I was very impressed with infectious disease at Virtual Hospital. I was brought into the hospital with a high fever, lowering white blood counts and platelet counts, among others, high liver count, and they worked diligently to try to figure out what was wrong with me. I did leave with, they didn't know what was wrong, but I did leave the hospital. where my counsel came back up again. So I was very impressed with the care that I received from the Infectious Disease Division, and they're a wonderful doctors, whole group. Thank you.
