I am new to this doctor and I feel right at home.

Everyone I met at the desk was pleasant and helpful and got me checked in immediately. Dr. Roy is a very caring physician which you can tell after you've only talked to him a minute or two. He is professional yet friendly and listens. Attentively to all concerns.

Dr Roy is excellent-thoughtful, thorough and caring. His follow-up is top notch.

Yes, the visit was very good overall. Dr. Roy is a very good doctor, very caring. He covers everything. He's very patient. And the only thing is that he was running an hour late. I'm sure there was something wrong with that day scheduling, but that would be my only comment for improvement just to have everything run more on schedule. But that was just it. It was just the wait time. Otherwise, everything was very good and he's an excellent doctor. Have a good day. Bye.

Dr. Roy is always wonderful. He never makes you feel rushed. He is kind, compassionate, has a calm demeanor and comforting bedside manner. I came to him by chance when my primary care physician retired from this same practice. I feel so lucky that I was so easily able to transition to another doctor who I'm really learning to love.

I have to ask them every visit to put script in so when I have blood work done in three months the script is in at Labcorp.Several times Labcorp did not have any script and I had to call the office to have them put it in.

Yes, Dr. Roy was not my original doctor. Dr. {redacted} was, but I appreciate Dr. Roy taking the time out and learning me and he did a well, good job and he's a good doctor and I would love to keep having him because he's very knowledgeable person and very caring and understanding.

My appointment was before the actual time which allowed me to see the doctor earlier with attention from the student doctors who did an excellent job.

Front desk girls are good. All over good experience.

The nurse prior to the doctor said some less than professional things. I need the staff to undertsand my cardiology issues are under the control of my cardiologist - my low blood pressure is normal and being monitored.

The front deck ladies are very helpful, you know, they are very welcoming and helpful. And my doctor, Dr. Roy, is very understanding and he listens to you carefully. And yes, so I love that about that place. So I would recommend there any time, any time.

Overall, I had a really positive experience at my visit. I really appreciated how thorough and thoughtful Dr. Roy was. He really took his time with me and heard out all my concerns. I definitely would recommend him to any patient. His recommendations were very customized to my individual health needs and that was really fantastic. He made some great medication recommendations including cutting back on one medicine that he explained I likely didn't need. In particular I appreciate how great he was about incorporating me into the decision making process.
