Regularly scheduled 3 month check up. Brought up some new issues. She checked me out and listened to me. Brought up suggestion for follow up.

I found out that my medical records were taken by a previous physician at this practice when she left. Despite requesting my records be returned over a year ago, this has not happened. I believe the lack of reference to my history has negatively affected my recent healthcare. This involves decades of records and I am extremely angered and upset by this situation.
