Very prompt and courteous. Read over my present and former test results. Received an EKG upon request I'm pleased with staff My only displeasure is no injections are given on site. Which I have considered moving to another medical office

I called right when they opened to get a same day sick appointment. I was disappointed in that they only had two available and they were both within 10 minutes of each other. I was told when I chose this location and providers that there would always be same day sick appointments available. If I would have called a few minutes later they would have probably been gone

This was my first meeting with Sinae and I found her to be attentive. She listened to my questions and was able to steer me in the right direction.

It was a follow up visit and it always. They are very nice there and treat you very well. My doctor is she is really a sweetheart.

I want to say that I was not happy with waiting 30 minutes for the APN to get to the office. I was there at 745am for an 8am appointment and waited until 830am with no follow up from the office staff as to WHEN I would be seen. I was told the APN was not in the building and didn't know why. That is unacceptable. My time is valuable just like everyone else's. I had an appointment at 9am at lab quest and needed orders from APN then needed to get to work. As I was about to leave, APN arrived and I was seen but also the visit was cut short because I had to go to my other appointment that I carefully planned to avoid overlap. I want to say that I really like the APN she does a great job and is thorough however lack of follow up on an office side was flat. Did anyone follow up with the APN? Did the APN provide an update on arrival? Unprofessional and lack of consideration

The team was very kind. I felt very well taken care of. I just wish the doctor's office wasn't so expensive. If you guys can get on there, that would be great. All right. Yeah, that's it. Have a nice day. Bye.

Reception staff not engaged. They were on their phone and didn't look up to see I was waiting to check out. Phone was definitely more important to them than me. No smiles not light conversation... very unfriendly.
