This was my first time at this practice as a new patient and unfortunately I did not feel like this doctor listened to me and she continually gave me a hard time about most of the treatment and care plans my former OBGYN has been caring for me with for the last 8 years. I only switched doctors because we moved but I will need to reconsider care elsewhere as I did not feel like this doctor had my best interest and listened to my family history, personal history, etc.

Dr. Tyagi and her staff were amazing from the front desk to the medical assistant. Dr. Tyagi was thorough, asked me questions that I hadn't thought about and she made great recommendations for my quality of life too. The staff treated me well, took their time answering questions and surprisingly got me in and out in about 20 minutes. They all were professional, caring and kind. My appointment was seamless, what an wonderful team of medical professional women!

The only reason I didn't give a 10 is that it is hard to get an appointment. You really have to plan very far in advance. Otherwise the experience is excellent.

Smooth check in process, not busy office and everyone was friendly

I told the medical assistant and the doctor that I felt like I have a urinary tract infection. I left a specimen in the restroom for testing. The doctor decided not to send it out for testing - I don't know why. I am still experiencing symptoms.

Very good experience! Between my primary and my old OBGYN, they couldn't ease my worries with multiple appointments and conversations. Dr. Tyagi explained what I needed and made me feel so much better with a simple first visit. She came at a high recommendation to me, and I wasn't disappointed. Thanks for everything!

From my first phone call to the end of my appointment, my experience was the best. The customer service from the appointment coordinators was very professional and accommodating. They were able to get me in right away to see the doctor. When I arrived to my appointment the check in girls were very friendly as well as the MA that did my history, BP etc. for the doctor. Dr. Tyagi was absolutely incredible. She reviewed everyone of my options, the pros and cons to each option and was able to make me feel comfortable in my decision. 10/10 would recommend Dr.Tyagi and this office to anyone.
