Dr. Raman was very thorough. He took his time. He consulted with my cardiologist. He was an excellent physician and he spent enormous amount of time studying my case, explaining to me, talking to my cardiologist with a lot of patients. I really appreciate that. Scheduling the visit was a pain going through the different call trees and getting to different people. I talked to seven different people before I could get the correct person to schedule the appointment. So that system needs to be improved for the scheduling part and your phone system. Thank you.

This appointment was a waste of my time and money.

The waiting time was awfully long, I felt. There was nobody hardly there in the waiting room. And my appointment was at 2, 115. I didn't see the doctor until quarter to 2. And, you know, Dr. Raman was nice, very nice with him, but I didn't think the waiting time was not great. The AC wasn't working, I was told. It was very hot in the building. But mostly it was a waiting time. I thought it was a little bit long.

Dr. Raman has treated me for over 20 years for my multiple heart conditions. I wouldn't entrust my care to anyone else. He always listens and advises. I hope he never retires.
