The staff were absolutely great, they were friendly when checking in and checking out during both visits at Gibbsboro and Marlton. The Dr at Virtua Reconstructive Orthopedics that my twins saw was very knowledgeable. The treatment plan that had been started by her in The Marlton office several weeks before worked tremendously so by the 2nd visit in Gibbsboro she ensured that the boys understood everything concerning their athletic growing flat feet!

Great care by this provider.

After using the pre-checkin completed prior to my appointment, I just walked in, said my name and sat down. Extremely easy. My doctor was extremely attentive to my condition and proceeded with working on my injury. After the procedure, we agreed to another appointment and within 5 minutes I was headed to my car. I really enjoyed, for a lack of other terms, my appointment.

The doctor was very personable and compassionate, knowledgeable and listened to and addressed all my concerns.

Great positive experience. The Doctor has a great future with patients.

Dr. Patel cured my ingrown toenail, gave me pain relief physically and emotionally. She cut what was needed, gave good post-exam instructions, wise advice no more antibiotic needed. Dr. Patel provides the highest quality of care. A++

The left great toe had a nail problem and the right great toe was the reason for the urgent appointment. Dr. Patel not only took care of the right toe nail by examination and treatment, but she quickly resolved the left great toe nail issue. Beautiful and professional treatment.

The entire staff, including the doctor, was of extreme help for my mom's needs and they were very kind and considerate. And yes, I would highly recommend them if needed. But again, Dr. Patel and her staff are excellent and we thank you for your care.

The only question is not always getting the medication I need but I have to ask for it

So the way you can improve is to have the accurate fax number on your business card. I broke my foot and needed to submit paperwork to my Leaf of Excellence Human Resource Department, and the fax number, we had difficulty receiving information. So, yes, if we could just have a better way for people that's on medical leave due to injuries regarding accurate numbers, and proper procedure with submitting forms. That will be helpful. Thank you.

What you can then do to improve, you need to give the podiatrist a room or a space where she can actually work from. And you need to have some towels or paper towels that you put under your feet. You expect people to walk barefooted on those dirty floors. I mean, be a podiatrist, she just doesn't have the or the right rum to work in. That's it.

This was my first visit with Dr. Patel. She seems extremely nice and caring. Told me exactly what is wrong with my feet and is trying to get insurance company to cover script that my previous provider gave me that was denied, and , she gave me a script for medical footwear. She's excellent!!!! I pray she's there for the long haul.

Sonam Patel is the best. I've dealt with her when she was only 3 miles from my home now that she has moved and she is now about 20 miles from my home, I will travel. Sonam is very caring and understanding. I would highly recommend her. Thank you Sonam for your professionalism

The phone system stinks! It puts you on hold and no one ever picks up to answer. I actually had to go to the office in-person to make an appt!

This was my daughter's first appt with Dr Sonam Patel so she was unaware of her medical history except for what was in her chart. But I was very pleased with the visit.
