Excellent service

I like the envoirnment,I feel like I am in good hands,this was my first visit as a new patient but I had a good experience.

The front staff was nice but the office operations were outdated. They summarized a document then asked me to sign documents that I did see. Either go back to paper or invest in tablets so people know exactly what they are signing. The medical assistant that took my height marked me 2 inches shorter. I told her she should do it again but she said its digital and its right. The student shadowing was nice and welcoming. The doctor seemed like she was in a rush and didn't really care to talk. She said she can't so much in 20 mins that is allocated for a well visit but she didn't even spend 20 mins in the room. She ordered the labs before she came in and told me what she ordered then checked my lungs. While she was checking my lungs she told me to call my insurance to she what GLP1 I qualify for. And our next visit we will discuss weight management. I felt like a number or chart and not as a patient. I was looking for a new primary since my old doctor moved away but I will not be returning to this office or to see Dr. Khan.

I have wonderful doctors, a great staff. They bend over backwards to help you with anything with a smile, please. I would recommend this hospital to anyone.

Good experience

Dr. Khan is always very pleasant. She asks all the right questions. She recommends all the right care and she follows through completely and is very detailed, focusing on what she can do to make you feel better and then she schedules it so that you could come back and she follows through all her patients. So thank you very much from [REDACTED] Dr. Khan is an excellent doctor.

Easy to book an appointment. Reasonable wait time. Dr Khan has followed up with test results since visit.

I like Dr. Khan and also the student that assisted me. But checking out was different than it's always been. I didn't receive the paperwork that I normally receive and it was like a little bit of a backup of the line. I don't know if they were shorter staff, but other than that, it was fine.

I just thought it was great that I called and got an appointment when I needed it. When I went in, everything, everybody was pleasant. The provider I saw was amazing. The medication I needed, I got, and I'm feeling so much better.

Doctor listens very well and is very kind

The staff is friendly. The wait time is not bad at all and I really like Dr Khan. I'm glad I switched offices.

I am very excited to have Dr. Sophia Khan as my primary physician. She did a great job taking care of the emergencies that I went through in the past month. And the whole group, the whole team did a great job. So I'm really excited to having them being part of my health and be able to be the ones that are taking care of my health as I go through. Thank you.

Dr Khan showed empathy to me while I dealt with a medical crisis. She always listens and gives good advice.

Yes, Dr. Khan was very receptive to me and she was a good listener and asked very relevant questions and was receptive to my desire to maybe look at other medications other than the one I was taking. So she did listen to me. So I was happy about that.

Dr. Khan and the staff at Rowan Family Medicine are always great. They are able to get me into my appointments very quickly. Dr. Khan is great. She knows my medical history and always suggests good advice to me. and lets me know when she's not happy with my eating behaviors or such, but she does a very good job and I'm really pleased with her. I loved seeing Dr. Khan, she's warm and incredibly knowledgeable. However, The wait to see her was incredibly long and my records seemed to be outdated. Each time I come and have to go back through my medical history, my records seem to be from the previous decade and not updated in your system.

I know my body, but I did not feel as if I was being heard. I feel like maybe the doctor had already made up her mind about what she was going to do before she reentered the room and she wasn't really listening to my concerns and I left feeling very frustrated and she saw that and I believe she put in a prescription for an antibiotic after I left the office and called me on the way home from my appointment to discuss what we had just discussed in the office. So I think she knew that I was not feeling heard, but at that point I was just frustrated.
