Dr. T is an excellent healthcare provider, doctor. He listens to everything and you can see he deals with his patients with great care. He goes over everything and is always very personable.

Everyone was cordial and knowledgeable. Dr T was friendly and explained test results clearly. Broke down the meds I take and explained actually what they do do not do.

The only issue I had was that the front desk said that I could get a phlebotomy at LabCorp which is not true. Phlebotomy's are done at a Hematologist office. They are not a simple blood test.

Although I don't need a nephrologist, Dr. T takes so special care of my mother, {redacted}. She picks out her nicest outfit to see him because he's her favorite person to see. She doesn't leave the house much. He's overly kind. I would recommend him to anyone. The bedside manner is just amazing. Oh man, I'm not supposed to cry when I do this stuff. He's amazing. The girls in the office are fantastic. And thank you for just taking such good care of my mother. We appreciate it.

I see the provider every four months. Most times at the end of my visit I cannot schedule the next appointment. I am being told they will call me with an appointment. Past experience says this does not happen. When I call for an appointment, the scheduler wants to give me an appointment about six months rather than four. I have to have the Dr. intervein for me. I go to several Virtua providers. There are never any problem scheduling appointments except for this office. They keep telling me it's the computer system Please tell me why.

1. Unable to Schedule next Appointment in four Months upon Exiting this Appointment. Not a new experience. 2. Missed call from Staff Nurse Practioner. When I called back at the Phone Number provided in Phone Messages I got Virtua AI Audio Answering System. Never heard from Nurse Practioner.

Dr T is an amazingly caring doctor! He knows his patients so very well and allows them to be an active part of their medical care!

You can never book an appointment for an appointment 4 months out. When you call in 1 month, they are booked for another 2 months. They also tell you you'll get a call from the person who opens the schedule and you never do. I understand it's not the office staff.
