And she cares, she helps, she calls you back immediately when you're upset or you get a test result like I did that was not normal and she provides excellent care to all her patients and even I recommended two of my friends and each one of them said she was wonderful. She's accurate. She even diagnosed my diabetes that nobody else could diagnose and she's an OBGYN. She takes the utmost care with her patients and thank you Dr. McLawson. I appreciate you.

The office was running 30 minutes late, which can be challenging for a patient who has to take off from work (not to mention it's awkward to sit in the exam gown with no indication how long it will be). But I did appreciate the doctor acknowledging and apologizing for the delay. Also, the Voorhees parking lot is a nightmare (think parking at the mall at holiday time). New patients should be advised in advance of a potential long walk, which lot is closest to the office, and which are alternate lots if the primary is full (a map would be helpful). But since Dr. McCrosson was so great, it was worth dealing with these challenges!

Upon my arrival I was checked in right away and the receptionist was very kind. I was called back to see Dr McCrosson and I can't even begin to type a note of care and kindness about her, because it would turn into a book. I would definitely refer Dr McCrosson with a 10 star. She is great listener, and provides wonderful care!

I was unable to get an appointment using the access center. I called 4 times and waited on hold for over 10 minutes before I gave up. Luckily I know someone in this office who was able to get someone to contact me to schedule my appointment. I don't know what I would have done otherwise. I know other people who have the same complaint.

The only thing that I will really appreciate is that there will be a direct number to reach the medical team because I have to call a call center and they don't seem to know where to send you or they are not very proactive.
