Upon review of my consult report, there were topics listed that was not discussed with me at the time of my visit. I think documentation accuracy should be considered when discussing important topics with patients.

I trust the virtua system. There is one single thing that damaged my opinion of care and my experience - communication. I had a 5-6pm appointment and I was told because the doctor was gone for the day I would receive a call from them the next day. Instead, I received a call from a scheduler, to schedule a second 20-week scan, saying they wanted to do another one and a placenta check with a consult with a doctor after. I asked why we needed another one - was there an issue or just needed more images? The scheduler could not give me an answer. I was extremely anxious and upset being told I needed another appointment with no context why. The earliest appointment available was 11 days later. I asked if the doctor or tech could give me a call to at least explain why I needed another scan and the scheduler said they added a note for the doctor to call. No one called me. I couldn't see any details in MyChart. I was left completely in the dark and when you are expecting your first child, that felt like an eternity. All I needed was a 5 minute call. I would have been satisfied with a nurse or technician calling - but it was radio silence.

I have had a variable experience with virtua. OB triage has been great. Some folks at MFM are great. However, sometimes the nurses/ultrasound techs seem as though they haven't read my chart at all and ask questions like "why are you here today" when I'm there for a normal scheduled appointment. One doctor read my chart in front of me because he didn't have time to check it before entering the consultation room. However, very often the ultrasound techs/nurses are very kind and listen very carefully. All the other MD's have been wonderful.

The only thing I didn't like was that they didn't confirm the sex of my baby.

Recepcionists were not greatable, approachable. Provider and tech that took my ultrasound were knowladgeable, listeners and felt comfortable with them

Im used to the ultrasound tech leaving the room when needing to remove clothing from waist down then return and even questioned this action but instead the tech advised me to undress in the restroom and attempt to use the drape to cover me from the restroom back into the exam room which a was a bit uncomfortable for me and I have openly shared this during my visit.

I'm so thankful for all the team did for me and my little baby in my six sessions. Thank you so much. I really appreciate that.

I purposely ask not to see that specific doctor because he never seems to know what he's talking about. He talks in circles and I end up leaving more confused than when I entered. It's honestly like some random person off the street read my file and is now trying to give me advise but doesn't quite know what to say.

I love my maternal fetal doctor, especially Dr. Stephen. She listens carefully to me and she knows what is best for me. I'm happy that she has been taking good care of me and she's been my provider, and so I've proved the best. Thank you so much, Dr. Stephen. Goodbye.

The quality of ultrasounds i got were horrible I haven't seen the baby since week 20 and as a First Time mom waiting for this appointment in anticipation and walking out with piss poor pictures was devastating

The lady doing my ultrasound didn't even know that I was there for an ultrasound because of suspected CF. She had no idea what to even look for. I had to tell her what the plan was and then the doctor seemed like he didn't really know much about prenatal care for CF and he admitted that and just gave us a referral to top maternal fetal medicine because he said that they were more experienced. So it was good that he acknowledged that but just didn't seem very knowledgeable at all on the subject.
