I've been with Dr. Santangelo for a very long time, at least since 2012, and he's been very attentive. He's been very kind and knowledgeable about my medications and my health. And I really respect him, and I really care about him, and I trust him with my life.

Dr Santangelo has always been someone I can trust to help guide me through my medical decisions in a caring and professional manor. It feels like family.

Reception area could use some improvement. They are not welcoming as compared to other facilities that I have been too. Could take a lesson from Penn in cherry hill.

I love and respect my primary Dr Santangelo and his medical team that work the medical patient rooms with him....i find the front office desk staff not so personable...and that is my personal private opinion.

Everyone is always kind and courteous, from the support staff to the front desk, to the physician, Dr. Steven Santangelo. It always seems very caring, concerning, and gives me good feedback and listens well. That's a big plus in my book.

The Dr was superb. The Triage nurses need some coaching on being more warm with their patients.

There should be no reason to have to wait over two months if you have to reschedule an appointment

My experience with Dr. Santangelo will always be positive, and he will always be the best doctor I've ever had. I recommend him to anyone who wants to be treated by Dr. Santangelo because he treats you like more than a brother.

I think that the provider is a great provider. However, it takes a really long time for me to get a call back from the nurse or the provider concerning medication. As I speak, I am trying to get one of my prescriptions filled, which at this time has not been filled, even though I have visited the provider personally, even though I have called, and even though I have made a written request on my chart, and even though also the pharmacy is also making the request as well. And as of yet, I have not gotten my prescription refilled. I think he forgot. However, I would still like for him and or the nurse to follow up because it takes a really long time for the prescriptions to be refilled.

Very nice experience. I was seen quickly everyone was courteous.. and Dr. Santangelo used hand sanitizer and wore a mask.

I'm always attended, you know, very well and on time. They care about, you know, my needs and my health. And I feel comfortable going to virtual and going to my doctor. And yeah, that's pretty much it. You guys are perfect.

Doctor Santangelo does an excellent job as a doctor. He is thorough and he has a great bedside manner . His assistant and the rest of the staff do a great job as well.

I am grateful to be Dr. Santangelo's patient. I wish other patients get the opportunity to experience the same blessing.

Love the remodel so now when I walk in I can actually see people. Receptionist is always caring and joyful to communicate with. Dr Santangelo is a Constant pillar of support and knowledge. He always ask how everything is going, checks meds, blood pressure and lungs. I couldn't ask for more from a Dr.

Dr. Santangelo was amazing throughout this whole experience. The minute he found out that I was not feeling well, he made an emergency appointment for me to come in to assess me, which he then determined that I needed to go to the ER. But he then called the next day personally and called to check on me to see how I was doing, how I was feeling, to see if the medication was working. And, you know, he demonstrated professionalism, he demonstrated a quality of care, and he was an excellent provider. And I would highly, highly recommend Dr. Santangelo.

I am diagonal that the TVs were removed from the waiting room. Their absence made the wait seem longer in my opinion. I missed them!

Everything went very well no problems

Was ignored when I arrived. Three girls at desk and two ignored me. Too busy goofing around. (The one shows up during my check out. Keep reading) Had to wait until the third one was done with someone else to get checked in. Was very satisfied with the Medical Assistant, Dr Santangelo and woman at check out. One of the girls from check in desk was at the check out desk acting loud and foolish. Very unprofessional. The others were ignoring her trying to show them gorilla videos and she got mad. Seems like all she does is a lot of nothing besides talking and fooling around.

Dr. Santangelo has been my doctor for the longest and he's always been straight up with me. He takes care of me well. He listens to me. We talk. He's a very good doctor. So I would never, you know, never trade him with somebody else. I would like to keep him as my doctor.

I think Dr. Steven Santangelo is a wonderful doctor. I did not mean to push one for the first few questions. I thought one meant yes. He is outstanding. I love going to see him. I travel an hour for my doctor's visit. The only thing that I see that they can work on is when I was checking in, I was waiting for a long time. Other than that, I love this doctor's office and I love everything about this doctor's office. And Dr. Stephen Santangelo is wonderful at what he does.

When you're recording, you should at least pronounce the physician's name correctly if you're conducting a survey on him. Dr. Santangelo, correct pronunciation, is extremely professional, always listens to the patients, and I have never had any reason to question his professionalism or his knowledge.

From the moment I walked in to be served I was treated with great courtesy and respect, thanks to everyone.

Dr Santangelo was great as always. The young woman who did my shot and blood pressure was super nice. The only issue was the woman scheduling the follow up never looked up from the computer, no eye contact and barely spoke.

Oh, it was just wonderful. He was wonderful, so attentive. And he just listened. And I just felt wonderful. I knew I was in good hands. And a caring doctor. I was the only one in the world, it felt like. And oh, he got all of the information. He put it together and gave me a packet. that I got an almost immediate result from. And I am following, I got the medication that same day and then taking it just as he prescribed, getting fantastic results. Yes, yes, I dare say I love him. Mm-hmm, that's what I have to say about him. He was just great, a true doctor. You don't feel like that.

I find the people at your front check in desk very cold & impersonal. Never a smile or a pleasant comment or welcome greeting. Barely look up to acknowledge your presence when checking in or have a "nice day" when checking out.

Desk girls could be a little more pleasant... one of them is miserable... not trying to get anyone in trouble but just not the most pleasant. The nurses in the back that assist the doctors are awesome!!!!

Easy to make appointments, great staff, minimal waiting time and a knowledgeable Doctor who is willing to answer questions and give updates on current vaccines and prescriptions. I highly recommend Dr. Santangelo whomever asks for a recommendation.

The Best Doctor !

The only issue I have with this doctor and all doctors is that you have to wait months for appointments, it shouldn't take 4 months wait to see your primary or any other doctor for that matter. By the time you actually see the doctor you are either all cured or dead. This has to change, wait times are ridiculous and getting worse. You guys need to have a serious discussion with these insurance companies or the powers that be to stop piling on so many appointments in one day to meet quotas instead of taking the patients' best interest in mind and not just the financial aspect of the offices and/or hospitals!
