My experience was very positive. Dr. Frey discussed different options for my knee pain and we decided to go with a cortisone shot. It is feeling better.

Dr. Frey listened to both my husband and myself about my prior history. We all reached a decision on the best way to treat me. He referred us to Dr. Stake to discuss joint replacement surgery.

My Visit with the physician was great. However, trying to schedule an appointment for the procedure agreed upon has been very frustrating. I have been trying to get the scheduler to call me back to schedule, but no response. I was looking forward to the procedure, as I have been having significant discomfort. I will most likely be looking for another ortho office soon.

The wait was too long. Was in the office for 1 1/2 hours before seeing the doc.

This is the first time I saw Dr Frey. I requested a doctor other than Dr [REDACTED] because he performed my torn meniscus which did not heal. During the appt I was told I have no cartilage left on the knee which had the surgery. I was more than upset as the surgery was supposed to fix the tear, not accelerate or cause the loss of cartilage.

Long wait time

Dr. Frey listened attentively and was very thorough and kind. Great bedside manner. My only complaint is I had to wait on hold for 40 minutes to schedule the appointment. I didn't want to choose the "call back" option because my cell service is spotty - was afraid I would miss the call. Everything else about the experience was great and everyone was very professional.

Dr. Frey and his assistant are the best so is every staff at the check in and at the check out . they are outstanding.

Was referred to Dr Frey for consult on surgical repair of torn tendon, which he told me he did not do. Total waste of my time. He suggested tenjet procedure which I was already told not a candidate for. He also told me there is no surgeon within the practice that is currently doing the repair surgery I requested to consult on

Dr Frey was very thorough in explaining the results of my MRI. He was very friendly and gave options for treating my condition. I thank him for making me feel so comfortable.

Dr. Frey and his nurse were very helpful in my situation with taking care of my knee as well as understanding in how and why I needed the care that I needed because of the care that I have to give my family at home and understanding that my time was valuable and trying to get me in and out of the office as efficiently as possible, but not rushing at the same time, like still taking the time to listen to me and voice my concerns.

Since this doc doesn't do the procedure I'm interested in, I will probably seek a second opinion of a highly recommended doc who does do the procedure. Nothing against Reconstructive Orthopedics where I received previous knee and hip operations successfully.

Felt after telling him I like to have everything explained in why they are doing something rather then being left wondering or feeling that they felt I was to old to understand He explained the reasoning behind the plan so as the patient I had a better understanding.

It is a shame that I needed to be seen for shoulder and knee issues with the same exact provider but had to make two separate appointments a week apart. This is difficult for a person who works during the day and seems to be just a way to bill the insurance company for two visits, I would have been happy to pay two copays.

Dr. Frey listened carefully to my complaint before making a decision on how to treat me professionally. I felt heard. He was attentive, knowledgeable, professional, and sensitive to my need. He took time to evaluate and resolve my issue. I left feeling hopeful for a complete recovery. It was a pleasure to meet Dr. Frey

Dr. Frey and his team were amazing! He was a great listener, and I cannot say enough good things about him.

The wait time was extremely long, the front desk never gave a courtesy response about the Dr's being late. The Dr. Didn't know my predicament until I told him.

Dr Frey is a great doctor he explains everything and listens to everything I said.

When a CT scan was ordered for my left upper arm, it was sent over to Virtua and it said right upper arm. First it said left shoulder. Then it was resent after I called and said it was upper shoulder, but it was the right upper shoulder instead of the left upper shoulder. So after three times, we finally got that script right. Thank you.

Customer service was on point and doctors listened to me and the nurses were awesome as well. Just a great facility and great people.

From the moment I walked into the office the staff was quick and efficient to check me as well as checking me out. Dr Frey is the best. He has a caring personality and knowledge to take care of my medical needs. I would most definitely recommend him to any of my family or friends.

I was greeted warmly by the person who checked me in. I did not have a long wait. I was taken for X-rays and taken immediately. Such an impressive set up and liked doctor very much.

Dr Frey is wonderful! He was very thorough and excellent at explaining my condition. He was able to get a plan to move forward. [REDACTED] was outstanding at getting me checked out! She scheduled my appointment, made sure to explain everything about my MRI and that all my paperwork was in order. Everyone at the Moorestown office is great, Kudos to all!!

Virtua Reconstructive Orthopedics is my go-to orthopedics medical practice,

Been going to Reconstructive since 2003, and recommended many people because of the great treatment they give. I would not go to any one else.

Upsetting knowing I sat in the office for 45 minutes before the doctor came back and said I'm sorry I don't do this type of surgery. I need to refer you to somebody else. It would've been nice for him to review my chart beforehand.

Dr Frey is on point and one hell of a surgeon. Polite, Knowledgeable,Respectful and Caring.
