Everyone in the office was very helpful and my doctor and I have a great working relationship.

Very nice office

I would go with my father to his appointments with Dr. Nguyen. He was so good with my father, who wasn't the easiest of patients. My father trusted and respected Dr. Nguyen so I too started to see him as my primary physician. My father has since past but I remember the relationship he had with Dr. Nguyen as I continue to see him.

Dr. Nguyen seems to be in a rush to get me out of the exam room and you know, based on our several visits and meetings, I guess he's getting, I don't know, impatient or tired of me as a patient, but I felt like my problems and issues weren't being addressed and he didn't believe the answers I was giving him as far as my diet. So I don't know who else to trust with doctors if your primary care doctor doesn't trust you in what you tell him. I mean, there's no reason for me to lie about my health. So, I mean, that was kind of disappointing from my point of view as a patient. I may have to consider a different doctor. We're switching to a different doctor in the near future if this continues to persist.

I appreciate the waiting period to see the doctor. I didn't spend much time at the doctors office and all my concerns were resolved.

This doctor has been a good doctor for my disabled adult son. He treats him with respect and is able to examine him effectively despite my son's autistic trait of not wanting to be touched. I never sense he feels my son is any less deserving of good care that I have had from some other doctors.

When you're a senior citizen handicapped and you have a problem getting out, it's fantastic to have a doctor that's willing to come to the house and take you and treat you so kindly. You know, it really helps out. And the doctor's office really helped out by being so cooperative and helping me out, answering my questions to get the doctors to help me out. So I appreciate everything they're doing and will do in the future. I press a 10 for excellent care. Thank you.

Outstanding service by all providers - From arrival and registration up to and including discharge. All clerks were kind and graceous, nurse was knowledgable and gentile and physician is outstanding.

Desk people need some Christmas ? cheer . Or treats. But they very nice to me. Dr's nurse , I trust her very much. And my Dr was wonderful as usual. I did recieve flu shot . And feel healthier because of everyone. Thank you .

Awesome quick and on time great providers.

My rather minor medical complaint was taken seriously by the triage nurse and I was seen the same day. I was provided an antibiotic cream so treatment could be started that day. I was seen one week later to follow up, despite the physician having a full schedule. The site was fully healed.

Good service with virtua

I took an appointment with Steven Nguyen because it was the fastest appointment available. He asked what my issue was and examined my ear, then told me he couldn't see my ear drum so it was perforated. Gave me a script for amoxicillin and referred me to an ENT with a diagnosis of "perforation of left tympanic membrane". It took about 10 minutes. I saw an ENT the next day and was treated for an ear infection. My eardrum is fine. Very disappointed with the care I received. Next time I will wait to see [REDACTED]

The staff at desk talked loud about their personal business, shopping, Eating out. Then a patient called and I heard all is personal information, insurance carriers and birthday. I would hope that my information would not be thrown around like that. The people behind the desk were not acting in a professional manner.

I always come to Dr. [REDACTED]. I feel really confident and there's a certain privacy feeling when I do come to him. Just recently I broke my foot and immediately I wanted to come to him to update him and just get his feedback. I just feel a certain comfort level for him to know what's going on with my health, regardless if he had to do anything. I don't think he did, but I wanted him to know what was going on. He's always there for me. He's always on board with my health. When I have a medical issue with my medicine, he's right there

Dr.Nguyen is the only medical person that has ever listened to my health concerns and what steps I have taken to reverse my condition.

Dr. Nguyen has always been very good with my adult disabled autistic son. This is not always the case when seeking medical care for him. Being bright enough to be a doctor does not always mean a doctor has the manner and attitude to be able to do effectively with all patients. Dr. Nguyen can and does.

I was surprised that my recommended next appointment was scheduled for one year later. At my age I thought I would be scheduled in 6 months. However, knowing how the doctor is booked so many months in advance, and that in an emergency I can call to be fit into an opening, or to go to a nearby Urgent center, I am not concerned. Doctor listened to me very helpful

The staff was very attentive. The doctor was very understanding and explained everything to me and made the decisions with me so he knew my history and everything went well.

The desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The medical assistant who checks your vitals could be more pleasant and welcoming. Not very friendly. Just business like. Seems she just does her job as quickly as possible to get done with you. Dr. Nguyen is fabulous. Caring and shows an interest about your health care. Enjoy going to see for my medical care.

I only concern was I had an 8:00 appointment arrived 20 minutes early and was not seen by the doctor till 8:33. I sat in the room for a good 20 minutes before he even came in but other than that I was very pleased with the practice the receptionist were extremely friendly the doctor was very attentive so I guess I can overlook the fact that I sat around for half an hour.

Close to my house, was seen in under 20 minutes. I'll be back.

I'm not used to a provider not thoroughly reviewing my lab work with me, and any markers of potential issues. So, this doesn't make me feel at ease like my experiences with my previous PCP.

Nice and caring doctor

I recently told my neurologist Dr [REDACTED] in Maple shade about my positive experience of Dr Steven Nguyen. He told me many of his patients say the same things about him as I did. He said when many people say the same things about the same person you know it has to be true

As usually my experience was pleasant and informative at every point.

I have been in this body for 60 years.i know when there is a change or something is wrong. How dare he say my past surgical history is superficial! I'm a bad ass cancer survivor. Would he dare say that to a man who had his scrotum removed. Struggling to stay in a place of gratitude with this practice. Drove nearly 2 hours today for an u/s of the abdomen to only find that he only ordered it for 1 spot on my abdomen. When people aren't feeling well finding and traveling for testing is extremely uncomfortable and then getting there and not feeling heard is a huge disappointment. I don't know what else to say. It was the biggest waste of time today.

This was my first time at this practice. The staff was cordial, the space was comfortable and clean, and Dr. Nguyen made me feel right at home. The appointment was a pleasing experience and I am grateful.

I have been seeing Dr. Steven Nguyen for the past few years. I continue to see him because he listens. I continue to go there to the office in Mapleshade because the office staff is accommodating, kind, and they too listen, but mostly because Dr. Steven Nguyen listens to me. He allows me to express myself, and it is one of the best places that I go for my health care. Dr. Steven Nguyen of Mapleshade on Main Street is ideal, and I'm very grateful for his care. Thank you.
