I didnt feel like I was treated with a plan. Only blood work. Wanted to get a urine culture while I was there and he dismissed that

Had some anxiety but they talked me through it.

I wish I knew that the lab reports do not record cancer markers as a part of the lab results. Unused to be checked for Prostate Cancer when I attended my previous family physician in Mt. Laurel. When I reached a certain age he made it a routine to check for Prostate Cancer on an annual basis. I have yet to have been checked for Prostate Cancer here at the Virtua Clinic in Maple Shade, NJ. My dad had Prostate Cancer and I am approaching the age which was the age he discovered Prostate Cancer. This is in the back of my mind and I wish it was addressed during my recent visit.

The only complaint I have with my visit is that I had to use my card to pay my co-pay. I would prefer to pay in cash.

Virtua health care system is full of loving and caring people. Each Doctor knows my medical and family history. When I foot surgery during Covid 19 My podiatrist Dr. [REDACTED] called me weekly to check up on me. That was Special to me. Virtua health wellness center and system is the way to go for Exceptional Care.????

My appointment was at 7am. I was not called back until 725am. Doctor did not arrive in the room until 745am. Time spent with the doctor was 7 minutes. Being the first appointment of the day, I would have expected the doctor to arrive before the patient. I watched him walk in at 715am. I chose the 7am appointment to ensure I would be at work on time instead of arriving late. I would just expect a more timely experience.

We had a ten-minute meeting. no conversation about me as a person. About my family information, no personal interaction; he knows nothing about me as a person!

The staff was phenomenal. They fit me into the schedule. I can't say one bad thing about them.

I am just the caregiver. What the doctor needs to do is talk to the patient one on one with personal contact. I can answer questions as a care giver he needs to focus on patient and look at them as individuals.

This particular establishment is the best.

It's a pleasure going to this office and having a doctor that is really concern about me and my well being.

Every time I go into the office the nurses are so caring, friendly, comforting and professional. All of the are an asset to the virtua family.

The reception area has been renovated and is much more efficient now .....very easy to get received and departure is also quite fast

Dr. Nguyen and his staff are great and I have a great deal of respect and confidence in him. Plus he wears great shoes!

Now that Virtua has 'threatened' to charge for issues outside the pervue of an annual exam - I am reluctant to engage in conversation that invites this charge. It definitely limits what I'll discuss during a visit.

I would go with my father to his appointments with Dr. Nguyen. He was so good with my father, who wasn't the easiest of patients. My father trusted and respected Dr. Nguyen so I too started to see him as my primary physician. My father has since past but I remember the relationship he had with Dr. Nguyen as I continue to see him.

Dr. Nguyen seems to be in a rush to get me out of the exam room and you know, based on our several visits and meetings, I guess he's getting, I don't know, impatient or tired of me as a patient, but I felt like my problems and issues weren't being addressed and he didn't believe the answers I was giving him as far as my diet. So I don't know who else to trust with doctors if your primary care doctor doesn't trust you in what you tell him. I mean, there's no reason for me to lie about my health. So, I mean, that was kind of disappointing from my point of view as a patient. I may have to consider a different doctor. We're switching to a different doctor in the near future if this continues to persist.

I'm very lucky to be under Dr. Nguyen's care all these years! He has provided great personal care from day 1. The staff at Virtua are all very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend them to family & friends.

I appreciate the waiting period to see the doctor. I didn't spend much time at the doctors office and all my concerns were resolved.

This doctor has been a good doctor for my disabled adult son. He treats him with respect and is able to examine him effectively despite my son's autistic trait of not wanting to be touched. I never sense he feels my son is any less deserving of good care that I have had from some other doctors.

When you're a senior citizen handicapped and you have a problem getting out, it's fantastic to have a doctor that's willing to come to the house and take you and treat you so kindly. You know, it really helps out. And the doctor's office really helped out by being so cooperative and helping me out, answering my questions to get the doctors to help me out.
