CPAP Clinician was very amiable, professional, patient, and very educational. Also, CPAP clinician was very good listening to my concerns & experiences with my CPAP machine.

I have always had great care through Virtua. Wether I have had Charity Care or Insurance, I was always treated the same, fair, with courtesy and respect. Only one terrible experience. I wouldn't even send my dog to that doctor bc I love her so much and she deserves the best. And I would spare my worst enemy.

I appreciate my time spent with Dr. Stephen Baumgarten. I would like to note that I was early for my appointment, yet he was running behind schedule. If I was running behind schedule, I probably would have had my appointment canceled and told to reschedule. Let's try and work on having a prompt visit with all patients and to keep appointments on schedule, considering I have also gotten a phone call, a text, an email, and a push notification to remind me of being there on time. And actually, I performed an e-check-in to even speed up the process. Thanks.

It was was 1st visit, migrating awaay from Inspira Health Group. Everyone was friendly and courtious.

My issue was handled quickly. Resolution is in the insurance company's hands.

I enjoyed every moment! Just hope my Oxygen Walk results won't be an issue with my oxygen supply. At 63, with Seasonal Allergies that require a prescribed inhaler, and prescribed nightly use of my CPAP; my life depends on my prescribed Oxygen!

I appreciate being able to schedule my follow-up appointments at the office, even if the appointments are more than six months away. It's annoying when I'm at another medical practice with a system that can't schedule appointments more than six months out.

If the doctor and the staff are fine, it's your system of trying to get through to get blood work or something else. You have to go round and round to get to the right party.

The wait to see the doctor was not a long wait at all.

While the purpose of my visit was considered during my visit, there were too many issues, something i am not used to at Virtua: - first of all, the doctor indicated on Monday that prescriptions would be sent to my pharmacy. I have been to the pharmacy twice and its not there. I also called the doctors office twice and a) got different stories every time, first that it had been sent, later that it was still waiting for some approval b) the person on the phone seemed in a rush to finish the call - The doctor did not have my cpap history, which is sent to the office through the cpap machine. He said he would need someone in the office to help him with that. Really? - When i asked the nurse when my last visit was, she was not able to find that out from the records on the computer right in front of her. Overall, not the positive experience that i usually (always) have with Virtua. Other than this place, i am always impressed and it exceeds my experience. Note that on previous visits, the experience was similar, at least in one case i had to call back to make sure they did what they had said they would do. Lets hope that I eventually get the medication without calling back several times.

From start to finish.. everyone was professional, caring, welcoming, and would lessen any concern with their positive attitude. My doctor was positive, informative, and caring. It would take pages to describe how excellent every aspect I encountered at my visit was, and I never realized how outstanding all aspects are with this group. Am blessed to have them.

Everything went exceptionally well!

I called to get a new machine because my machine broke. I see that machine. I called four times before anyone called me back. It took three days before I got a call back. They finally called me back and I had to wait a little over a week to get in. When I got there, the doctor told me to take the machine, turn it upside down, and call the 800 number on the bottom, and I would be able to get a new machine that way. I came down there, I paid $40 for my copay, they took my blood pressure, and that was it. He did not help me at all. He did not tell me anything that I didn't already know. I asked him about the machine and why they didn't tell me on the phone that I was without a machine for three weeks. My sleep apnea is considered severe, and they tell me that I should be on it every night. When I told him that, he said, well, you'll be getting your machine in a couple days. You should be fine. I said, the girl told me.

Dr Baumgarten was friendly and understanding ànd took his time with me. I told him why I came to see him and he was clear that they would do some tests (right at the office) and give his advice. The technician who gave me the test was great explaining everything while giving me the test. I would totally recommend Dr. Baumgarten he is very caring.

Dr. Baumgarten's office is very courteous and every staff member is an asset to his practice and he is adorable and so courteous and so helpful. So Dr. Baumgarten is a good doctor and I would recommend him to anybody and he's helped my husband immensely. Thank you for your time and this survey. Thank you.

I just need follow-up to make sure my prescriptions were called in and my plan for treatment was okayed by the insurance company. I would like to have follow-up for that to make sure everything went through. I'm still waiting on my prescription as it is.
