Continuous good experiemce with Dr. Baumgarten,wno has been my Dr for many years

The staff was friendly and nice. DR. Baumgartner is always wonderful. He listens, he cares, he explains, and he is so very nice. A pleasure.

Doctor supposed 2 prescribed me ZEPBOUND,WENT 2 CVS ,NEVER RECEIVED ANY PRESCRIPTION!!!!!!CALLED,TEXTED ,ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!!!!

It was awesome, no wait time and he was thorough. He was awesome.

Everyone was great from the receptionist all the way to the doctor. Definitely had a really nice experience.

Dr. Baumgarten is a very friendly and very knowledgeable pulmonologist. My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Baumgarten for several years and hope that he stays with his patients for many more years to come.

I am trying to get through to Dynamic where I have my CPAP machine and the doctor is in charge of that. I'm having a terrible time. I left a message, two messages at the office. No one has gotten back to me yet. I don't know what to do. When I finish this call, I'm going to call the office again, but I don't know what to do about my CPAP supplies. Thank you very much.

Everyone in the office was great. I liked Dr. Steven Baumgarten very much. He answered all my questions and I am happy I went to him. I will see him again for my next visit.

The staff are so very nice and welcoming. I always look forward to my apts. I am very appreciative of the knowledge, care, and professionalism of the Tech who Facilitated my Oxygen Walk. I learned additional information regarding my COPD and how to understand the importance of how much oxygen intake I can safely take at home so I do not conflict with the Carbon Dioxide within me. And of course Dr. Steve Baumgarten , whom I've been a patient of since 2008, is still as cheerful, pleasant, and no nonsense about my inhaler medications as ever. I feel safe, and welcomed each visit. I even arrived a little over an hour this visit because after dropping a relative off to their Dialysis treatment, I decided to continue driving on Rt.70 to my appt. and just wait in the car. But it became a bit too warm so I went inside and they checked me in. They were moderately busy, and increasing slowly, but to my joy and surprise they called me to the back. They took their time, answered every question, and offered me a bottle of water when I was a bit weary from the Oxygen Walk. I was out the door, a few minutes past the time of my 12:30 appt. All in All, it was a GREAT DAY!

Everything went smoothly.

The sick visit with Dr Baumgarten was quick, effective, and a very useful 2way conversation. The follow up to get the prescription to my local pharmacy was long (2 days) and painful requiring multiple messages and phone calls. The prescription was sent to the specialty pharmacy in TX used for my more exotic drugs. Getting it changed to my local pharmacy used for previous acute need antibiotics took multiple calls and multiple my chart messages. While all were friendly and professional the communication between the "navigators" (new since Virtual buyout of Pulmonary & Sleep assoc. was very broken.

Office was very efficient and was able to perform pulmonary function tests during the same visit

They've earned my respect and admiration!

Dr. Baumgartner & staff are the best!

My appointment was 10:00am. I arrived apprx 9:40am... I was not seen until 111:20am. The appointment waiting time was not communicated that it could take up to an hour or more to be seen. I had another appointment and my ride needed to get back to their job. This is unacceptable to wait that long to be seen. 4-5 other patients came and went while we still sat there.

Very professional and very respectful

I had a good experience with my visit , however when I called back with an important question, it took me 2 days and 3 calls to get an answer!! This to me does not speak well of the practice!

Office runs very efficiently

CPAP Clinician was very amiable, professional, patient, and very educational. Also, CPAP clinician was very good listening to my concerns & experiences with my CPAP machine.

I have always had great care through Virtua. Wether I have had Charity Care or Insurance, I was always treated the same, fair, with courtesy and respect. Only one terrible experience. I wouldn't even send my dog to that doctor bc I love her so much and she deserves the best. And I would spare my worst enemy.

I appreciate my time spent with Dr. Stephen Baumgarten. I would like to note that I was early for my appointment, yet he was running behind schedule. If I was running behind schedule, I probably would have had my appointment canceled and told to reschedule. Let's try and work on having a prompt visit with all patients and to keep appointments on schedule, considering I have also gotten a phone call, a text, an email, and a push notification to remind me of being there on time. And actually, I performed an e-check-in to even speed up the process. Thanks.

It was was 1st visit, migrating awaay from Inspira Health Group. Everyone was friendly and courtious.

My issue was handled quickly. Resolution is in the insurance company's hands.

Dr. Baumgarten was great and listened to my symptoms and treated me accordingly. The rest of the staff and the respiratory therapist were all very friendly and professional. All around, just a great staff who makes you feel very comfortable.

I enjoyed every moment! Just hope my Oxygen Walk results won't be an issue with my oxygen supply. At 63, with Seasonal Allergies that require a prescribed inhaler, and prescribed nightly use of my CPAP; my life depends on my prescribed Oxygen!

I appreciate being able to schedule my follow-up appointments at the office, even if the appointments are more than six months away. It's annoying when I'm at another medical practice with a system that can't schedule appointments more than six months out.

Dr Baumgarten is an excellent pulmonologist and I have complete trust and confidence in him regarding my health care. All of the associates are pleasant and easy to deal with in person or via phone. If the doctor and the staff are fine, it's your system of trying to get through to get blood work or something else. You have to go round and round to get to the right party.
