Dr. kankanala is a great doctor. My sugar is very well controlled since I've become her patient. I'm not an easy patient, I can be difficult. She does a great job advising me. Together we're controlling my sugar.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kankanala for 10 years now. My sister had thyroid cancer and had her thyroid removed. She urged me to get checked out as we are two years apart. I went to Dr. Kankanala and she has been an excellent doctor. She listens to me and she is professional, knowledgeable , kind and thorough. I highly recommend her and I listen to all of her suggestions. I will continue to follow her suggestions because I think she is a wonderful doctor and I trust her ideas.

I had a terrible experience. The Dr. [REDACTED] is short tempered, no empathy, not compassionate and doesn't listen. Speaks in loud and harsh tone. Didn't gave me any inputs regarding my questions. Last year also did like that. Not going to visit again. Disappointing! Doctors need to be very polite, patient and considerate towards patients and their concerns.

The long wait times are a killer. If I make an appointment for 9am I expect to be seen within 15/20 minutes of that time. The overbooking and making patients wait an hour is disrespectful to me. If there is a delay, have staff come and tell me that.

Dr. Kankanala has been my doctor for several years. When I first came to her, I was in very poor condition with a sugar that could not be managed at all. I mean, seriously, I was probably, you know, very near death. During that time, she's worked with me significantly. My sugar, medication, diet, all worked. And I am now in a normal A1C in the fives and I am as healthy, even healthier than I was when I was 30. I just adore this doctor.

Just a little hard to understand, but I'm learning. Not her fault she's trying.

Everything ran so smoothly, from a very short wait to the final talk with Dr. K. Then getting paperwork for blood test for next time. The atmosphere was quiet and calming especially after going to the back for the short wait there. Dr. K is very reassuring.

It was good my doctor is good however I am not happy with my treatment metformin it's is not a viable treatment looking for a cure which I feel is available but big pharma keep doctors locked into the current treatment . Having side efforts but no relief in sight . Looking outside the box for help
