This was my first visit with Dr. Singh. She is excellent. She obviously read my file. She was very thorough. I feel as if I have any questions, she till answer them.

The whole interaction between the office personel and me put me at ease.

Amazing doctor who fought hard with my insurance to get me the medication I needed and amazing support staff who communicated often and early with me about getting appointments and care in a timely manner.

I went through a lot of time trying to keep my colonscopany appointment and I was not contacted with a time and confirmation for my procedure.

Dr. Singh is an exceptional doctor. She attentively listens to your concerns and provides comprehensive explanations. She is undoubtedly the best gastroenterologist.

They scheduleler sent me to a g I dr. Instead of my pulmonogist it was a total waste of my time,and my insurance company's money

From the front desk to the nurses, doctor and scheduler - everyone was patient, kind, comforting and knowledgeable. I have moved quite a distance from the locations but feel most comfortable traveling the hour to see this team.

It was really easy to make an appointment and the wait time was very short, but the provider did make me feel rushed through my appointment and talked over me a little bit.

Helpful friendly personnel

She is an excellent physician and I'm very glad that I was referred to her!

When I got there, there was no one at the front desk or a sign in sheet. Apparently there was a party that day. They eventually all came out eating cake and they were just loud. Their conversations were loud and just didn't give the vibe of a professional office. I hate to sound like that person but being on the other side and being the patient just was not how I'm used to seeing Virtua sites.

She covered all of my concern thoroughly.

Dr. Singh was fantastic. She entered the room like a ball of energy and just was really inspiring, knew what she was doing, and I feel very comfortable with her, and I'm looking forward to the procedure and talking to her afterwards.

I really liked the use of AI to record the conversation so that Dr. Singh could type up her notes afterwards. I felt like there was more time for us to talk and it was way more direct eye contact and active listening than I experienced at the previous gastroenterologist's office that I saw.

I was satisfied after my visit. The doctor explained to me what was necessary at the time of my visit and advised me what she recommended for my care plan.

The jury is still out on my problem, too soon to tell.

I was very impressed with Dr. Singh. I was not feeling well at all. She really cared about me and my medical problems and she had a plan and she went right to work. I couldn't say that I was ever treated any better at any doctor. I was so grateful to get her. Thank you.

The two front desk employees should acknowledge patients when they walk in. I stood there for 5 minutes while they worked on other things. I finally asked if someone was working the desk to find out it was them. Simple greeting the patient & letting them know you will be with them in a moment would be courteous.

The staff was very nice. The doctor we saw wasn't very friendly at all, she lacked bedside manner when she talk to us. Very cold and never even introduced who she was.
