Everyone in the office was so kind and friendly. Love how thoughtful staff were.

The MyChart requirement is difficult. I have a MyChart from years ago, it refused my password and I could not reset it. Only a teenager could muddle through this.

The visit was all good.

You can improve on the amount of time the patient have to wait. I waited 45 minutes or longer before the doctor came in to see me. And I was not pleased with that.

Yes, I think everybody was aware of what my problem was, and Sonny was absolutely aware of it. He knew what to check and how to check it, and everybody got me through there pretty quick. And I'm going to come back in, oh, three months or so. And he told me some things to do in the meantime. Thank you very much.

New office, same doctor, and new nurses. Everyone was very nice but the only thing that they didn't offer was a print out of my visit.

Although the building needs a major update... Dr. Sunny is the best doctor I've ever had and I have a LOT of doctors. His knowledge assures me all the time. He has a caring persona which is incomparable and at the same time a sense of authority that makes me feel secure that I'm in very capable hands.

Over an hr wait & rushed new patient appointment. Maybe with the provider for 10 minutes.

Wait time was about one hour to see the doctor.

Each person of the staff was helpful and patient. Each person I met listed to me and tried to help.

His desk was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Sunny was very attentive and knew my history with me being a new patient. He apologize for not being available in a timely due to him transitioning to this office.

He's the best caring doctor

My whole experience with my two surgeries was life altering and continues to be quite stressful. The staff was very reassuring and most tolerant of my non compliant issues I had initially with removing my gangrene toes and eventually my leg. The difference was night and day when it comes to my pain. I look forward to getting my prosthesis and regaining my independence. Although I am happy here I would like my own residence in an extended care facility. Thank you very much.
