I have been going to virtual for many years and I will be honest with you, I tried to give her a little background information. She really did not want to hear it, then I tried explaining to her another condition about me and she said let me just finish what I have to do and then I can get you out of here in other words what she was saying was I really don't care what you have to say. I want to get to my next appointment. She never once looked at me she looked at the floor and she looked at the ceiling and she looked at the wall. I will not be going back to virtual. I will not be continuing where we left off I will be going back to Cooper. I was not happy with her at all. It seemed like she was there to get me in get me out and put a check on her belt.

I am completely satisfied with the care I have received at this practice. I have referred others to Dr. McAndrew, as well. She is a great and compassionate doctor.

I wasn't thrilled over the fact that I left my appt & everyone involved in my care knowing that I've been having an issue getting my medication. Week two & still no answers..

The doctor didn't seem to understand that I had a prescription plan, stated immediately that Medicare does not pay for this medicine. I paid for it. It was $300. I got the medicine in a timely manner. It wasn't explained to me that I had to pay for it. I spent a whole day on the phone with Optum Rx with my Atnet plan. They called me back. I called them. I had to get an authorization, which I didn't know I had to get. And then I contacted and they would not backdate it, so I'm at the $300. I spent today filling out forms to get my $300 back because Optum was ?

She was wonderful!

It's a nice building, however, I went to use the restroom on the main level and went into three stalls and the coat/purse hook was missing from all of them. So, there wasn't a place to hang up anything which was so awkward. Why doesn't anyone check this and do anything about it?

From start to finish always a wonderful visit. Front desk staff was great. The woman who brought me back to the exam room, excellent!!! I can't remember her name, sorry. :-( Give that girl a raise!!! Dr. Susan Varevice-McAndrew wonderful as always...

I wasn't very satisfied and don't think I'll be returning.

I was able to get enough information to decide Virtua weight loss program was not for me.

A follow-up phone call. I don't know what's going on. I'm getting mixed emails and do not know if my prescription is being filled or approved or what.

This was the first time I saw the doctor therefore she would not know anything about my history The office was very prompt on my time to get in and see the doctor

I felt unprepared for the visit (which is my fault). I wrote down questions prior to my appointment, but still left feeling a bit unsure of the process. I would have liked to ask a few more follow up questions. I guess I can use MyChart to message the provider with these questions.

Dr. McAndrew is very well educated with the medication and everything about weight loss. She was very good with answering any and all of my questions and I enjoy her. Also the nurse that checked me in, I really enjoyed her. She's very comical and funny. She seemed concerned because I have high blood pressure and she's just making sure that I'm taking my medication and all is good and to put mom first sometimes and to remember that because us moms tend to put everyone before ourselves and that is me all the time. So I really thought she was funny and she made me laugh a lot. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you.

I felt rushed. I felt very disappointed. I was having a really bad day and was very depressed. Perhaps I just didn't connect, but there really weren't any options for me except a nutritionist I cannot afford or bariatric surgery which I don't think I want or need. The receptionist was very friendly and kind.

I had an awful experience with this doctor. The staff was so lovely though and I felt welcomed but the actual appointment was a disappointment. I will be going back to virtua for other doctors and appointments but I have cancelled all further appointments with this doctor and the weight management clinic. Thanks!

After driving to the Sewell location for a 10:30 apt in the Moorestown office I was pleased to find out they could see me later at 1pm in Moorestown. :)

I'm on the fence about this Dr. This is my second time meeting her. And when I read some of her reviews, others felt the same. It's a vibe/feeling. Can't put my finger on it. One minute seems okay and then the next odd. But willing to wait it out.

The doctor barley made any eye contact with me. It made me feel like she was not interested in anything I had to say. I felt like I was an interruption to her day.

It was not a good experience; I would not go back to the Sewell location.

I am concerned that my clinical notes included physical exam findings which are inaccurate-- most parts of my body were not actually examined. Why lie and state they were examined and found to be "normal" ?? They haven't been "normal" for years and are not ever likely to be.

Upon finding out that the medication prescribed was not covered by my insurance, I was told I would be contacted within 15 to 30 days for an alternate plan. I did not find that to be a reasonable amount of time. And it's been almost a week, and I've yet to hear back from anyone. Thanks.

I was nervous. This was my first colonoscopy. Everyone at the office was great. They kept me calm and I left feeling great.

I was so disappointed I expected more like a weight real supported service plan.Instead i was being sold medications that i was not interested in.They gave me a fold with i guess a written diet and told i can schedule a meeting with your dietitian.Not what i had envisioned

The front desk staff person had a visible cold. They sneezed several times and kept sniffing due to a runny nose. At no point did she use hand sanitizer or go wash her hands. I didn't want to take the clip board and pen from her but didn't want to say anything. So I just used my sanitizer afterwards. She didn't have an a mask but had an active cold

The consultation was smooth and informative. It made me a little excited to embark on my weight loss journey. From the time I arrived and through the check in, vitals check and consultation visit everyone was so courteous and attentive. The only gripe I had was that at check out the person I met with seemed a little bothered to have to help me schedule my follow up which was what I was asked by the doctor to do as a final step before leaving.

I would just like to say that Dr. Mcandrew and everyone in her office at the virtual weight management is fantastic. I've gotten great advice from Dr. Mcandrew about my diet plan and a proper weight loss ratio monthly, and I could not be more pleased with all the feedback that I've gotten from her and her nurses, everyone in the office.

Great visit always with Doc! I only wish they would take my weight when I wake up and weigh that's all. Highly recommend this Doc I have my Son and Daughter

I had to bring my two year old granddaughter and my husband to my appointment. The receptionists gave my granddaughter crayons and a coloring page to keep her occupied while I saw the doctor. She was a happy camper...and so was my husband.

Everyone was pleasant and helpful in answering my questions.

I felt Dr McAndrew was very judgmental and not supportive. This was my second visit with her and I was as disappointed this visit as I was the previous one. She looked at her computer and just went down a list of questions with no real regard for my care. Weight loss is a hard journey and I'm proud to have lost 70lbs. She made me feel ashamed that I hadn't lost more weight this past 3 month period. I've started exercising regularly for the first time in my life and instead of supporting that her only comment was that I wasn't hitting the exact number of minutes of exercise she advised. I will be switching to a provider who can better support my weight loss journey.
