I enjoy coming to this office. You guys are very quick, very courteous, very professional. I am very laid back. I like to joke, have fun. Sylvester is my doctor. He's also really funny. He listens awesome, very well. Everybody there actually listens and is very well, very professional, very courteous, very helpful. Definitely makes me feel like I'm as comfortable as being at home when they're coming in, whether I'm meeting with the doctor or getting blood work done or meeting or getting my vitals done before the doctor comes in. I've been there for about three, four years. I had an incident two years ago where I had to come in at an earlier time and seen a different doctor because Sylvester was full and they were also very courteous. Your staff is very great. The doctors are there very great. Everyone's very professional.

He's a great listener, an excellent clinician, and explains everything extremely well.

It was a very delightful experience after someone that hasn't been to a doctor in years. The nurse that brought me back, the doctor, even the, I guess the med student that came in and talked to me, everything was very pleasant and a lot nicer than I was expecting.
