It was my first time going to the Voorhees location and I found it with confidence and I was impressed with the decor consistency that exists throughout Virtua various locations as well as the uniform colors. I was seen right away.. warmly greeted and introduced by the nurse who carefully reviewed my e-check in. I also was meeting the ANP who entered my exam room with friendly energy and warmth. I expressed how I've been a patient of Dr. [REDACTED] for 20 yrs and how much I love and recommend his services to family, friends and colleagues. Yet I felt I was is good hands, the staff was great at understanding my concerns with my RX and was very accommodating with offering me samples and submitting RX authorization! I was treated like a whole person what a treat from the moment I entered until leaving from all staff I encountered. Thanks for being unique with kindness!

Less and less so patients get to see their own doctor but are assigned to someone else in the group. Very disappointing.

I waited longer for the after visit summary and order slips than what I spent with the provider and as I was leaving without the paperwork I saw the receptionist having a private conversation with coworkers.

I think that maybe if the doctors listen more well instead of misinterpreting into their own understanding, that would be great. Just being more mindful in listening to the patients and their concerns. That would be all. Otherwise, it was great.

Yes, I would like to say that I was treated very well. I really liked the doctor and the receptionist that waited on me. They were very kind, loving. I would recommend them to anybody in my family.

I had a very good experience there. I was in the waiting room a short period of time, saw my doctor's PA, helped schedule my colonoscopy, and timely and they valued my time and I can't wait to see Dr. Augie soon. My intake appointment with Taiwo Gbadebo was extremely thorough, and she was both thoughtful and caring throughout the visit. I would also like to recognize the scheduler who handled my intake call. I do not know her name, but it was the kindest and most positive intake call experience I have ever had.

All the staff is kind and efficient. Tai is always compassionate and really cares about me. She addressed my discomfort and symptoms. She is the best. I am especially pleased that my transportation is provided. Also, I never wait to be seen and I am usually seen early. I was home in hour.

I tried to get an appointment with dr [REDACTED] but couldn't get one for three months out. I do t feel that a nurse practitioner has the training or expertise as a dr. Unfortunately, this is happening a lot.

This was the first I saw this provider and she listened and solved all my issues and answered all my questions.

Customer services is great, nothing more to say.

The physician's assistant was very well versed in my history. She was a very good listener and I felt she was extremely responsive and she was very friendly and easy to talk to.
