Dr Tatiana is very knowledgeable in her field involving Diabetes and health. She was familiar with my file, supportive of my life choices with my diet and exercise, And my test results. She was respectful and encouraging with my goals and objectives. And it was a quick and very pleasant visit.

She is Wonderful

Dr. Tatiana Grandriviera is the best doctor. She's kind, she knows her stuff, she's just so well with the patients, myself, me personally. I mean, I don't know, she's with other patients, but she's great. I love her. She's my favorite doctor. She's very thorough. She makes sure, you know, she cares about you and she's just great.

The overall experience was wonderful! The hardest part was trying to find a parking space.

Dr. Gandrabura is a partner and she expects you to do your follow-ups. She expects you to have, give her something to evaluate and she does listen very carefully to whether you like things or not how things worked out for you with medication. She does try to match your lifestyle and lifestyle choices very carefully and she listens very well. I am very happy with her. I have recommended her several times.

I had a visit scheduled for a later date and time as it fit my 2 jobs schedule and the provider canceled it and I was offered a closer date and time for virtual since i was inconvenienced by the cancelation. The virtual appointment did not work and the provider had to call me and was a little annoyed that I didn't just come in person and should schedule in person for the future. If they do not want to do virtual then the service should not be offered and it was not my fault the virtua portal would not connect from the providers end and she told me I wasted a bunch of time by doing that. I also feel that more options should be made available for those of who work such as more evening appointments that would not be cancelled as that is what I originally had.

Simply the best doctor and experience

Dr Gandrabura is the reason I'm still alive. Best endocrinologist I've had in 40 years with diabetes.

She received abnormal test results 6 weeks prior to appointment. It would have been nice for her to tell me they were of no consequence since I'm on Levoxyl. Instead, I was concerned about it the whole time.

The staff is very polite and professional. My Doctors is the best... alway goes over my medical history, the reason for my appointments and plan of treatment

The doctor made me feel uncomfortable after she told me that I was a disappointment.

I felt like i was in a factory. No1 greeted me or even looked up when I walked in. Stood at front desk until someone shouted 'name' and then said I was 'checked in'. The nurse that took my vitals was impersonal, spoke at me like she was late for dinner ... No niceties at all...what's next?.Robots? ...may actually be a better experience

I have already referred this provider to 5 of my family members and friends. The provider not only knew my history from my chart, but was very knowledgeable about why I was referred to see her. She answered all of my questions, didn't make me feel rushed, made me feel valued for my reported symptoms and walked me through my laps with explanations. It has been very hard to find an endo who really looks at the big picture and the narrow picture. I walked out of the appointment feeling hopeful for my condition, feeling confident in my treatment plan, and feeling that I made a great decision waiting for the appointment with my provider and not trying to find a sooner appointment to get a quicker answer. This provider was worth the wait. I am truly thankful for her and if possible I would greatly appreciate if she would be able to get special recognition as it took 2 years and 12 specialist to get to her. She changed my life and I truly mean that in the most positive way. Also, big shout out to the office. There was an accident on the highway and I was running late. They were so kind and helpful. All around amazing patient care!

The workers at the desk were not very attentive, did not greet me when I came in the door, did not ask how they could help me. They just chatted amongst themselves and I had to wait for another person to be done to speak to somebody. I just think that they should be more engaging with the clients.

Dr Gandrabura is an excellent Endocrinologist. However the current environment at Moorstown is horrible. Too many other physicians treating other ailments. Depressing.

Besides having to wait 3 months for an appointment I have no complaints. The office staff were kind & courteous. The doctor was very nice, knowledgeable and explained everything.

I am very happy with the services provided and the lowered glucose and AC1 numbers

Doctor Tatiana is an amazing doctor with high positive life-force, and which transmits into the patient with wellness and hope.

I made my appointment through MyChart. My Chart said my Doctor did not have any available dates until Sept 25. So I made the appointment with another Doctor in the practice. The morning of my appointment I was called and told I could not have that appointment because it was too short an appointment for a "different" Doctor. If this is an issue then I should not have been offered that appointment through MyChart. Then I was told that my Doctor had several available appointments that day. This is very confusing and should not have happened. I was fortunate that I was able to take one of the available appointments. Please fix this in the MyChart system. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.

I heard hard truths regarding my own lack of attention to my health, but not in a bad or demeaning way. She wants me to clearly understand the choices i make affect me but did it with compassion.

Why have (whoever) put restrictive timing to spend with patients. These Dr are pressed for time and it's not who they should be when dealing with a patients Health. It's very sad and unprofessionals.

From the moment I stepped into this office, I found the staff to be professional, running on time and I was most impressed with the doctor. She didn't have all of the history so I gave her the reports that I had already made up. Within seconds, she was able to fully understand exactly what brought me into the office. She did an ultrasound right then and there and she reassured me about the nodules. I was delighted with her expertise and professionalism.

Absolutly LOVE Dr. Gandrabura. She is so caring. She is fabulous with getting back to me if I have any questions or concerns. She is truly great!! BUT......I HATE YOUR NEW OFFICE!! It is so big, parking is a NIGHTMARE, Thank God I'm able to walk! I am sure the elderly and disabled patients must also HATE this new location. The old office in Mt Laurel was such a pleasure to go to. No traffic, always a close parking space, easy walk for anyone who has difficulty walking. You are lucky I adore Dr G so much because this new building is a nightmare!!
