I feel very fortunate to have Dr Ginsberg as my PCP.

Dr. Ginsberg is and outstanding Doctor!!! Knowledgeable, caring, intelligent in her field and in her patients' well being! My husband and I find Dr. Ginsberg very professional, kind and puts her patients at ease. The office staff at check in were very friendly and nice as well as helpful, and professional! Thank you!

I never have to wait past my appointed time for DR which is the reason I left my last DR WHERE I would sit for usually 1 hour to be called back to see her

I was disappointed because after my visit I sent her a text that same day and never heard back from her which was frustrating because I had a few questions to ask her after the visit which I didn't ask her during the visit.

Dr Ginsberg went over test results and ordered X-ray for persistent knee pain, she also reviewed medication and asked if renewals were needed. I feel that the doctor covered all my concerns.

My husband and I have been with the institute since 2016. I have recommended three other individuals come to the institute over the past ten years. Both my husband and I have received excellent care - truly life-saving care. What made the institute so special has been the time devoted to listening and hearing our individual physical and mental needs. I admit that I am concerned by the number of "medical systems" the institute has operated under. Too many changes in patient portals, office procedures, and management. We're concerned that the institute team is being stretched and stressed each time they are faced with new management and new expectations.It will be a sad day if we as patients become quotas that your physicians are expected to meet. With that expectation, our time with our care givers would become shortened and what makes the institute so effective and worth driving an hour each way to receive services, would be lost. Please do not fall victim to that business model. Please maintain a caring model of service.

no one who goes to the doctor nowadays like the fact that every word we say to our Dr is recorded. Big brother should stay out of the doctors office. If you think we don't know your spying you're mistaken. you should give your patience the option of whether they want their visit recorded or whether they want the microphone turned off.

It was a good visit since she answered all of my questions and reviewed my chart to make sure that I was taking the correct medications

Care was taken care of with two medical students and a resident,completely expected by me. We agreed on some proactive tests and immunizations I think she is an expert and health consumer care.

Long wait for appointment but it was well worth. Dr. Ginsberg and staff were exceptional .

I don't know why you keep asking things like that, and then want to know what our feedback is, because if we didn't like it, we wouldn't come, and we would tell you that you did something wrong. You don't have to keep calling every visit to see if we liked it or not. It's very annoying.

Well, every time I come, the last couple of years, there's been an intern in with the doctor. I would like maybe every other time to not have an intern in with the doctor. And not all of the time are the help in the office when you call. Do they answer the phone? They put you on hold for a long length of time, which they should just take it, take your number and call you back. And they don't do that. Thank you.

I always feel relaxed and comfortable when I am seen by Dr. Ginsberg. We covet all the health issues I have and how to manage them. Dr. Ginsberg is very caring and provides me with the help and information I need related to my health needs.
