My husband and I agree That Dr Noel and her assistant is by far the best care team we have ever had. They treat us like we matter. They do not discriminate and they greet you with a beautiful smile each and every time. Extremely trusting and thural with your ever concern. She makes sure that each problem that's brought to her attention is examed with the same urgency. He explains everything to you in a clear calm way making it easy for an individual to understand what she saying. If you don't understand something she would gladly go over it in different ways until you do understand. Her assistant goes way above and beyond. If asked a question she gives you a complete explanation on how or how something isn't done. She is also great at explaining what certain medical devices do and how to use them properly. I give them both gold stars across the board many many times. We leave there now and we received the best care that anyone could ever give us. They are both rock stars, me and my husband have both decided that no matter where we may move to or what state we might live in we will make the travel to make sure that she remains our doctor until the end of time.

I received excellent service with triage. They were able to get me in with an appointment that Dr. Noel had for me the next day. I really appreciated that. And they answered questions that I didn't even think to ask. So thank you so much. Plus, the location is, I live in Sicklerville and it's in Mindwald and it's just perfect being able to get to the doctor in a timely manner.

This is my second time in this office, and she Dr Noel was very hard on me about my situation. I told her I was fine and she just went ahead and threw medication at me didin't hear what I was saying and had to explain Im not taking METFORMIN AGAIN! huh Did not listen to anything I had to say! I will be switching to a new DOCTOR! I lost weight sugars were high but at least I would like to hear we can work on this together instead of telling me to come back in two weeks! I explained to her my sugars are high because of the natural sugar. the Doctor ignored it totally! I NEED A DOCTOR THAT WILL LISTEN TO ME NOT THROW MEDICATION AT ME! in every visit! This is my review! not happy about the way she came at me with all this medication and my insurance just got renewed at this time. Researching a doctor that will listen to me and understand what Im going through at this time!

I love Dr. Noel ! Took me a long time to connect with a primary care physician that I felt so comfortable with and was so relatable. I hope to have her for a long time.

She was very rude, didn't answer really our questions, cut us off real quickly. She never really looked at us. She just kept getting on the computer. She's supposed to be training someone, but yes, she was very unprofessional. I would not recommend her. The staff itself, the people that did his blood pressure were fine, and then he had a trainee person that came in and he was fine, but I would not recommend her. She's not a good provider. She does not show any empathy for the patient. Thank you.

I will and have recommended this practice to family and friends. The staff and doctor here are down to earth with great bedside manner! I do believe this doctor saved my life by referring me to a pulmonologist=who ordered a sleep study and dx me with moderate sleep apnea. My previous doctor kept prescribing me anit depressants when I would report how tired I was.

The staff over at the virtual primary care office in Lindenwald is always polite and kind, but definitely want to specifically spotlight the primary care physician, Dr. Noel. She's been phenomenal to work with since I saw her out for a new patient, and it's been definitely improving health, quality of life. She's been very understanding, and Noel is even overseeing the care for my son. So [REDACTED] is our family doctor, and we hope to be with her for a long time, and she definitely deserves a highlight. So I hope you guys appreciate definitely having a good provider.

I really feel that the care that I get at that facility is really astonishing and very good. I have had some bad experiences with other locations, but not this one. I love my doctor there. She is very informative and very patient with me, and I really appreciate that. The staff is very, very cooperative and appealing, and I really appreciate that as well. I did have to wait a little longer than normally, which I thought was unusual, but other than that, I have no complaints. I really appreciate the staff and the facility and the location of this doctor's office.

She was able to really listen to my stage of life, where I'm at right now, and gave me some good pointers to get me to the next level with my health. So I really appreciated her knowledge and her patience.

I have been in search for a doctor I felt I can trust, literally with my life. I am praying I found her Friday. Dr. Noel is off to a wonderful start with me.

The provider was very kind, listened carefully, and took my concerns seriously. I appreciated that they reviewed my labs and worked with me on treatment options. I am currently dealing with weight gain related to breast cancer treatment, severe hot flashes, hair loss, pain, and other side effects that have affected my quality of life. I am grateful that the provider took the time to discuss these issues and submit the necessary documentation to my insurance company for medication authorization. I felt heard, respected, and involved in my care.

Very dismissive, a complete change in attitude 6 months in. Condescending isn't the word, will NOT be back.

I just want to take a moment to share how positive my experience has been. As a Black woman, I've often found it difficult to find healthcare providers who truly listen and take my concerns seriously. That hasn't been my experience here at all. From my very first visit with Dr. Noel, I felt heard, respected, and cared for. She took the time to listen to me, understand my concerns, and work with me on a treatment plan that has genuinely improved my quality of life and mental health. That level of care means more than I can put into words. In addition to my primary care experience, every interaction I've had across Virtua offices, whether with nurses, front desk staff, or other providers, has been consistently positive. Everyone has been kind, welcoming, and professional. Even though I'll be moving to the Philadelphia area soon, I plan to continue my care here because of how great my experience has been. That alone speaks volumes. Thank you all for the work you do, please keep it up and I have 100% recommended Dr. Noel to other people and I hope she gets the flowers she deserves!

The dr and nurses and all the staff were so sweet, kind and so warm and friendly. They took their time, never felt rushed. I really felt cared about. Check in and out was quick and easy. I only wish they had an office closer to me.

I was not able to provide my medical history because of the closure of my former PCP; however, the doctor listened intensively and asked thorough questions to obtain as much information as possible. She also recommended additional test to help establish a medical history.

I had a great experience, the doctor's office. The staff was really great. Actually, walked in with my baby and they helped me with my needs, taking consideration I was holding my baby and I was pushing the stroller. And the doctor was great too. She listened to me carefully. and took care of my needs. The only thing is she didn't have knowledge of my, much knowledge about my history since it was the first time she was seeing me. The medical assistant who was with me was very kind, attentive and so down to earth. We had so much in common, and she also took my mind off of the flu shot. My doctor was great as always, very thorough and thoughtful. I appreciate them both.

Dr. Noel is an excellent doctor. I was a little apprehensive because she was new and my doctor had retired, but I'm so glad she's there and I can't wait to put my care in her hands.

The service at Virtual Care was truly top notch from the warm greeting we received to the time the doctor took to speak with my children and me after our move to a different city in New Jersey. I was initially a bit skeptical about finding a new doctor but we were more than satisfied with the care we received. We will definitely be returning and I will be bringing my daughters back as well.
