I've been seeing Dr. DiSandro for over about seven years. She's always so welcoming and so kind and I feel like she really listens to me and is very empathetic and I wouldn't change a thing about her care and I'll continue to follow her wherever she goes. I would like to recommend that Virtua do a better job of coordinating its on-site visits as I have shown up for two visits where the building assignment for gastroenterology had changed and I was not advised and this is no reflection on Dr. DiSandro but has happened to me twice. The second time I almost missed my appointment because I had to drive to another location on short notice. So I just wanted to offer that. Otherwise, I couldn't be happier with Dr. DiSandro herself and hope that you're giving her all the support that she needs as a big health organization. Thank you very much.

Together we came up with a treatment plan. The office was well-organized and the staff were friendly. I would definitely recommend this doctor.

There was a mix-up in scheduling my appointment, and while it was in my Virtua mychart and accepted on my calendar, the office did not have it in their computer system when I arrived. After looking into it, the situation appeared to have the result of a computer issue on their end. Even with that inconvenience, I was very happy that the doctor and her staff were so kind and accomodated me, despite the error so that they were still able to see me while I was present with a small delay. It was a kindness I appreciated very much after traveling to get there and being concerned about my condition. I think this doctor and her staff are terrific.

Hi, I'd like to comment on the doctor first. The doctor did a great job. I love her. She was very thorough, and I appreciate what she's going to do for me. And I would gladly recommend her. As far as the front desk, I thought the lady was a little rude. She was an elderly lady, and she when I came in and had to stand there for a little bit before she waited on me. So that's about it. Other than that, the practice was clean. I didn't have to wait long and I'm sure I'll be going back soon. Thank you.

Yes, from check-in to check-out, I had a very good experience, excellent customer service, excellent patient care, actually so much so that it made me cry, made me tear. I was a little apprehensive about what I had going on. And from the medical assistant, her name is [REDACTED] now, but she was so very good and calming She was a great transition into doctor. As a matter of fact, to be honest with you, I don't think I even needed to see the doctor after speaking with the receptionist because, not the receptionist, with the medical assistant. She was so thorough. She was very bedside manner. I don't know how to say it, the customer service, just the relatability, that's the word.
