I was a new patient and the physician treated me with kindness and respect. The office staff all were friendly and helpful.

This was my first time visiting this clinic and this provider. During my visit I expressed all my concerns and symptoms to the provider, I asked for specific blood testing including hormones and routine blood work. During my visit I felt like the provider was very dismissive and was minimizing my symptoms. It felt like he was hesitant for routine referrals. Only routine bloodwork was ordered to the lab, when I messaged him about my results I requested the missing lab orders and he questioned me once about them. Although he sent them over to the lab he did not send over the glucose test I requested. I've never had this type of experience with any provider almost felt like pulling teeth just to have my health checked. I do not recommend.

The doctor seemed knowledgeable and professional. He created a plan to improve my overall health moving forward.

Dr. T. Listened intently to my issues and offered treatment and emotional support during my visit. He is an asset to Virtual.

From the moment I entered the facility, everyone did a wonderful job.

I was so impressed with Dr Tessitore that I will be seeing him again when it is time to review my bloodwork.

I had a tick bite with no fever, rash, bullseye, etc. and I wanted to get a dose of doxycycline just in case it was a Lymes carrier. I know several people with Lymes disease and don't want to mess around. It would have been much easier if I could just be prescribed this without having to come in. Thank you.

Good day. This is a first time visit you're asking a feedback on. So the doctor and I were just getting acquainted and it's really not a huge amount to say other than he seemed quite adequate and he did definitely a good job. For the staff, they were fine. I wouldn't call them overly friendly, but they got the job done. So have a good day.

In my opinion, the care provider needs to improve their bedside manner. Otherwise, my needed care was addressed.

I have a lot of anxiety, especially when it comes to having to see new doctors. And I just want to say that my doctor went above and beyond to alleviate a lot of that anxiety. He really went in depth into going over my medical history and just had a really calm and gentle manner and I felt heard and listened to, which is not something you always get with new doctors. And so I really appreciated him. And I'm glad that he's going to be my doctor moving forward.

Professional and caring

Dr Tessitore is a welcomed addition to my care team. He was prepared to meet me by actually reviewing My chart and history. He spoke to me not at me! Refreshing.

Doctor T seems to be a very caring and compassionate person. He listens and understands as well as provides insight. Staff is very professional and helpful as well. From the front desk medical assistant and appointment scheduler all were very lovely to meet and handled themselves professionally with ease.

We absolutely love Dr. Thomas Tessitore. He's an excellent doctor and so thorough. Being a doctor is his true calling. There is also an intake technician in the front who is wonderful. I don't know his name, but he is to the right when you come in the front door. He's a lovely person. Overall, everyone at Virtua is wonderful. There is absolutely no reason to go into Philadelphia or NYC with this kind of treatment.

After Dr. [REDACTED] retired, I was assigned to Dr. Tessitore. Had a meet and greet with him. He was extremely knowledgeable, and we hit it off well. Very happy to have him as my new primary. My wife felt the same after her meeting with this doctor. I think he was a good hire on managements part and I like the fact that he is a home-grown product.

My regular physician was very busy. I was able to get a substitute which was helpful.

Dr wouldn't do EKG. Was supposed to send pre-op paperwork to my Dr. on Wednesday and it wasn't received until Friday. Between myself and Rothman representative, it was resolved. Not happy at all.

Dr. Testatori is a asset to Virtua. I am very happy to see that he selected to stay with Virtua, even post-residency.

Dr. Tessitore is new to the practice and it was my first time seeing him. My answers may seem less than perfect since I don't know him too well. But I think in time I will feel more comfortable with him being my primary Dr.

My special needs son was treated very well by Dr. Tessitore. In fact, we were so impressed that my wife decided to change her own primary care physician to Dr Tessitore.

The technician took my BP, but would have liked the Physician to take my BP as well.

Except for being able to get to the office it was a very smooth experience. Dr Tessitore knows me from previous experience and that's why I chose to stay with him even though he has moved on to this practice. He knows me and he values my input into my plan of care. Very professional people

The doctor had a medical student training with him which I thoroughly enjoyed her interaction as well. The medical staff is always friendly and welcoming to me. I feel that the doctors listened to me and they made the necessary changes to my sons medications so he can live a more symptom free life. I am a happy mom
