I'm having a little difficulty understanding why no one could figure out my records from just a couple of years ago when I had a surgery. I know I was told that the system that is used now is different than the system last year and is different from the system before that. But that's kind of concerning.

Everything went well and I hope my colonoscopy goes well also.

The staff was excellent and Dr. Barnett was exceptional. Thank you for everything you did.

I madecan appt to have minor surgery on.ears n dr told me he's too busy that day to do so had to reschedule for 2 wks away?? So why did I go??could if been told that b4 made trip to go there???

From entering the office, the lady up front at the desk all the way to Dr. Barnett himself at his wrestling front operation. The best physician treatment I've ever experienced and it's a pleasure to see him. Thank you very much.

Dr. Barnett is very professional yet has a wonderful bedside manner. {redacted}NP is very caring as well. All the staff is great from the Nurses & MA's to the intake & outtake staff. The checkout was easy & convenient. This is the reason why I am a returning patient.

Any problem with medication? When to take it? Which caused me to have a different surgery date. Other than that, everyone was professional. And very respectful. I get the staff. 5 stars.

Both my initial appointment and surgery were scheduled in a timely manner. I know Dr. Barnett is an excellent surgeon and I trust his work 100%. I appreciate the nurse and doctor both wearing masks, since I have family who is medically fragile.

a good first-time experience

Yes, I reached out to Dr. Barnett due to a post-surgical complication. He offered to have me come in with a different provider that same day, but he also then saw me within 24 hours, which is what I had asked to wait to see him. So he saw me within 24 hours of me calling for an appointment, and for a very busy surgeon, I was very impressed.

Staff was very welcoming and nice from the greeting at the door to the front desk to the medical assistant love it

I went in to see what they could do for me and they ended up doing what needed to be done that day in less than five minutes! I will definitely recommend them to my friends! Everyone was very friendly!

I am scheduled for a procedure in 4 days, but my family doctor has not had any paperwork from this office. They have called and been put on hold several times. I have called and have not yet been able to speak to anyone. This is concerning because I need to have this procedure at this time.

I am awaiting testing and results before further treatment can be forthcoming which will take 2 weeks to know more.

I think the doctor sucked. He didn't help me with my problem. Referred me to pain management and that's it. The hell with that . I need somebody to help me with the pain and what's wrong with me . and he didn't help me so hell with him I wouldn't recommend him to anybody.

He was a wonderful doctor, and I really appreciate all he did for me. He didn't really have to take care of me that day, but he did, and I can't thank him enough.

Everybody has been so friendly and actually cheery. And I love dealing with them. It was not my first time at Eden Hill with Dr. Barnett. I am like a repeated patient. And I've been downstairs in their surgical center multiple times. Everybody has been absolutely wonderful each and every time. Thank you.
