If this is regarding my xray visit, my appointment was 8:30, however, I wasn't seen until a 9 am employee arrived and there were just two other people in waiting area when I arrived. Half hour wait was excessive.

I had exceptional care and am feeling much better!

The front desk is exceptionally friendly and professional. Trisha brought to my attention a problem with my insurance no one had taken the time to look into. Dr. Plut is a gem. I'm very pleased with all my Virtua physicians, but he goes so far above and beyond every single visit. We discuss my hx, changes, tx, results, dx, prognosis. He's incredible. On my initial visit, he referred me to a neurologist who found significant spinal damage. Dr. Plut then referred to Dr. Sanfilippo and D'Ambrosio with whom advised me of the severity of my spinal cord compression and I'm moving forward with a corrective sx asap. Dr. Plut even convinced me to quit smoking after a 45yr old habit. He took the time to explain why in my situation in particular, the benefits will help me heal and reduce my arthritic condition. Keep in mind I've been in the medical field myself for over 25yrs as a CMA/CHHA in multiple specialities. I completely trust Virtua with my well-being.

I have been a patient of Dr Plut for 10+ years. He is knowledgeable, professional, kind, and thorough. 100% recommendation!

This was my first time back after a few years. Had to wait about 20-25 minutes to be seen. Spent less time than that with doctor. Not sure if I will stay. Going to ot right now. If it doesn't help after second session will go to different doctor...not Virtua. I've always been a fan of Virtua but not so much any more

Dr. Plut is the best!

I have had consistently positive experiences visiting this practice and interacting with Dr. Plut.

As I've had neither procedure, it was very confusing to make a decision about PRP versus the Tenjet surgery for my pain. So, I suggested a guided cortisone injection which was agreed to, but I guess it would have been a perfect appointment if I didn't need to make that suggestion on my own. Otherwise, excellent care.

I credit Dr Plut with setting me on a path to wellness that began when he treated my back many years ago. He sent me to amazing doctors who were able to alleviate pain and then, finally, fix my back once and for all with a spinal fusion. I do not like having to call, when you call for an appointment, to go into the phone bank and be in the answering queue and sometimes it's 80 or 9 people in front of you and you can't get to each department that you want to talk to individually. So I think you need to have phones that go to the doctor that you're using directly. That's my indication trying to get an appointment or trying to call and something has to be adjusted. Thank you.

First experience with Reconstructive Orthopedics. While is was a little difficult to get thru on the phone, I was able to secure an appointment timely. Process in the office was professional & thorough with the staff. I've been seeing Dr. Plut for a few years for my knee issues and he has always been very attentive to my concerns.

thing was very, I enjoyed, it was a new doctor that I went to and everyone was so nice. I will go back to him and I would recommend other people to him. Thank you so much.

I was very disappointed for the amount of money it cost me and still be in pain without service. I've had to get the x-ray. I had to get the MRI. I paid $40 per visit and still the same as I was without getting anything other in conversation and he expected me to get another x-ray. And which, for what? I'm still in pain and the visits between the x-rays and seeing the doctor to get help, I never got injections for the pain for the back. They claim it was because of my diabetes being 8.2. So it's like, I'm not interested right now. I just have to look for home.

Ever since Virtua Reconstructive Orthopedics took over it has been extremely difficult to set up an appointment and to talk to anyone in that office. It has proved less than patient friendly. and so even though I would recommend this provider, he has been my doctor for years, I would also add that dealing with Reconstructive Orthopedics is a horror.

an excellent experience overall

The experience with the physician and office staff was excellent in every way. The experience with scheduling was TERRIBLE! On hold for 45 minutes. The staff person insisted I could not have an appointment with that particular physician because she decided I needed to see another doctor. My problem was with my foot and ankle. She said Dr. Plut only does ankles not feet so I needed to see a different physician. That was incorrect information.

The facility was clean and everyone was cordial and took their time with you a good experience

Yes, my provider provides excellent service and I wanted you to know that he is a great provider and I appreciate the time he spends and then listen to what I have to say and it's an excellent provider. Better service with scheduling when I can speak directly with the Dr's office as previously done, instead of having to now speak with main scheduling pool. There is often a long wait for an associate, and they generally do not give first available appt. Lucky for me the office is close by and I can go there to schedule, but it is an inconvenience. Also, My Chart no longer allows me access to this provider for scheduling and certain other functions!

The new Virtua Reconstructive Orthopedics phone system is extremely frustrating and a very inauthentic way to treat patients. There was no selection for my issue. "Hip or hand"???? I was in pain and had to travel in the next couple of days. I have been going to Dr. Plut for years for whatever part of my joints and bones. Thankfully, I emailed through the Portal and receive a response and I was scheduled quickly. With skill and expertise, Dr. Plut has improved my quality of life many times.

Yes, I was very appreciative of first of all walking in and the greetings and the professionalism that I got at the office in Burlington. Not only that, Dr. Flute is an excellent orthopedic. It was my first time going and he really made me feel comfortable. He made me feel relaxed and he's a very excellent doctor. He really deserves a promotion, a raise, something. But he really is an excellent doctor and the whole staff is excellent as well.

He was very appreciative, very knowledged about my shoulder, and I wish that when I first had my injury, that I went to them.

Your new appointment program is terrible

Dr Plut was kind, he listened to my concerns and was reassuring of a plan to get my knee in better order. He made me very comfortable as this was my first visit with him. Everyone from scheduling my appointment to my actual visit was great!

It was extremely challenging to speak to someone to set up an appointment, Virtua needs to do some major work in making it easier for patients to get an appointment. When I finally did speak to someone, it turned out that they had to refer it to yet another system to get an appointment for any of Reconstructive Orthopedics services. Why make it so difficult???

The provider experience was very good. My concern is with the scheduling procedure for Virtual. It is lengthy and difficult especially if you are not able to be at your phone for a callback. There must be a better way.

Dr. Plut is great. I have recommended him to several friends. I use the pre check in and pay my copay at that time. When I asked t receptionist if she would print out the receipt, she said she couldn't. Yet, every other doctor that I see, had no problem printing out a receipt for my co-payment.

I was pleasantly surprised on how efficient, courteous and professional everyone was.

Felt welcomed at the front desk. The medical assistant was very pleasant and caring. Dr. Plut is exceptional, he listened carefully to my concerns and explained his findings to me upon examination.

Your scheduling process STINKS! Previously, I was able to speak with the practice directly during office hours and usually schedule a same-day appointment. Now, you route us to your obviously overwhelmed central scheduling dept., where I was on hold (29 in the queue) for OVER an HOUR!!! I called at 7:45 am, after sustaining a painful injury overnight. When I finally got a rep, she first offered an appt two days later; when I pressed her, she then said there was one the same day (why was that not her first offer, especially given my situation?) Your oxymoronic message about "delays due to your system upgrades" has been on Virtua phone lines for probably a YEAR or more. And now the service is even worse. When are you REALLY going to upgrade and provide patients the same exceptional service in scheduling as we receive from our Virtua physicians and healthcare providers? Your current system is beyond unacceptable!

I was not confident this physician knew how to care for me. I had to make all the recommendations. The physician started the conversation by saying, " I'm not sure what I can do for you". Then I told him possible treatments. Honestly, I expected more and left disappointed.

Visiting Dr. Plut is always a great experience. I didn't expect to have to return to him, but life gave me pains in my other arm, so I found he was still in the area. First shoulder lasted three years, now we will do PT and get both shoulders up to par.

Dr. Plut has been wonderful concerning my treatment. Whenever I call his office or have concerns about my situation his response has been immediate.
