Timothy L. Wong, DO

Timothy L. Wong, DO, is chair of the Department of Psychiatry and assistant professor of psychiatry at the Rowan-Virtua School of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Wong earned his medical degree from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine at Seton Hill. He completed a general psychiatry residency training at the Rowan-Virtua School of Osteopathic Medicine and a


consultation-liaison psychiatry fellowship at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. His clinical and academic interests include consultation-liaison psychiatry, transplant psychiatry, psychiatry policy and advocacy, and resident/medical student education. He has received awards for teaching, scholarship, and leadership, including the William Webb Fellowship Award, the William F. Ranieri, DO, Leadership Award, the Preceptor of the Year Award, and the Golden Couch Teaching Award.
