Dr Tina Josephson is a fabulous physician.

I had called and scheduled my annual wellness exam in response to a Mychart reminder. My visit was not arranged for wellness evaluation. The issue was addressed and wellness rescheduled for October.

Excellence staff

Your front staff are rude and should try and more polite. This is only you people that are in the front and take your information. The nurses and the doctor are always 100% polite and courteous.

Dr josephson is the best doctor i have ever had, she listens, shes compassionate.If you have her for a doctor you never mind going. I just love her. I hope she never retires cause she is irreplaceable.

Dr Josephson has been my longtime care provider. She is exceptional and value our relationship.

Someone should talk to the girls that check you in. Not all of them!!! The girl that checked me in could've been a little more courteous. There was another patient in a wheelchair that needed to get up to the desk to show her ID. I got up from where I was sitting and pushed this woman over to the desk. Not realizing that she did not have her information in her hand, she must've asked for help. At that point, the girl checking her in, got up and came over to her. She should've done that the first time.

I'm offended by the fact that because I can't draw very well I am considered cognitively impaired??!! I can't draw to save my life - my stick figures look anemic, but I can assure you that all of my cognitive functions are completely intact.

I have been seeing Dr Josephson for many years now. I am a visually impaired adult who always feels extra special when I visit the virtual office. The staff, Dr Josephson, and the members of our team always make me feel special, guiding me where I need to go ensuring that I get to the right location. I don't think I've ever been in facility that makes me feel special as virtual and Dr Josephson does.

Everyone was very pleasant. The office was clean and well maintained. Dr Josephson's manner is relaxed, yet professional. She's easy to talk to and she listens to any concerns I may have regarding my health. I would definitely recommend this office and Dr Josephson to friends and family.

Great Doctor. Calling virtual is difficult or on line appointments but that has nothing to do with the Dr, except she is booked up because people like Dr. Jospephson. The virtual phone system can be hard to navigate. I will continue to go there.

Tina Josephson was very professional, excellent, gave me great care. I really appreciated her time and her knowledge. It was a great experience. The only thing I would want to see improved is the amount of time it took to get an appointment. I had to schedule it four months in advance. And I would have liked to have been able to get in sooner. That would be my only thing that was an improvement. But Tina's service was excellent, and so was the staff.

I had to schedule a general checkup with my physician so that I could continue getting my long term prescriptions from the pharmacy. I had to schedule the appointment out two months just to see my physician. When I'm sick, it's almost impossible to see my physician within a day or two which makes it difficult to ascertain medical care when you most need it. There should be some kind of preference to see your physician when you are ill and in need of medical care. No excuses not to, especially when you are ill! This is my major issue with Virtua care and the practice!

I needed to have a pre-surgery physical by my primary (Dr. Josephson). I emailed her about this through MyChart. She responded the same day, understood exactly what I needed, and suggested I contact the office for an appt. Before I could call the office the next day, they called me! We arranged an appt in plenty of time before my surgery. The appt went great. It's always a pleasure to see Dr. Josephson. By having the office call me for the appt., I avoided having to email and wait for a reply or having to call a call center and explain what I needed. That's customer service.

Im not happy that my copayment is not 20$ as listed for my primary care. I am being billed 40$. I have adressed this with the billing department with no clear answer back.

Dr. Josephson continues to be an excellent PCP, listening to my concerns, providing solutions, and caring to ensure positive results.

The other thing I would adjust is check-in. I did the e-check-in on my phone, but then I sat there for about 12 to 15 minutes, not realizing I actually had to physically check-in as well. So that's the only kind of disconnect that needs to have some kind of bridge gap information there, that once you e-check-in, you need to physically check-in as well. But otherwise, all is well that ends well. Thanks.

In and out in a timely manner

When you need your Provider for something that you feeling differently it's sometimes hard get appointments in a timely fashion. It usually a month or two so need to go to Urgent Care

Although it was a wellness visit, I felt very rushed and I don't think I quite got what I needed from this visit.

Dr. Josephson has been my doctor for quite a while. She knows me and knows my history and she always checks beforehand to see the medicine that I'm taking. And she's always been very helpful. I would recommend her to family and friends because I'm very pleased with her.

The inability to schedule appointments with Virtua is problematic. My Chart does not always work and calling through the patient navigator system is abysmal at best. Caller #57, caller #81-this is totally unacceptable. I have recently had some of my healthcare with Cooper-much easier to schedule appointments.
