I continue to have problems getting into MyChart so I don't have access to medical records, messages, scheduling. I have reported this numerous times only to have " tech support" tell me that they can't help due to HIPPA regulations. Total frustration with Virtua system of communication with patients.

I would say this was one of the best experiences I've had with this office in a long time. The triage nurses are exceptional. The appointment nurse was exceptional. The girls when I went into the office were wonderful and Dr. Meka was very attentive. So like I said, it actually was the first really super positive experience I've had in a doctor's office in quite some time. Very professional. The office was clean and I was treated with respect and listened to. So that was my experience.

This is the first time in years that I felt comfortable and confident in my care at Virtua Women's Primary. When I was first visiting a doctor I was very confident.But it wasn't long, and that doctor left the practice for 1 reason or another. From that point of my care, I ended up with two other doctors before doctor Meka so when I first met her, I wasn't in my best mood and although she seemed fine, I just was not thinking of staying with this group. Something was still lacking, and I couldn't put my finger on it exactly. Perhaps it was my own frustrations about not seeing the same doctor as before. I realized that practices have multiple doctors, and you might not always be able to schedule with the same one, but each time, the doctor or physician's assistant went to another practice or another location, leaving Virtua Moorestown. On this subsequent visit with Dr. Meka I felt fully listened to and hope that she stays my doctor. I feel much more confident in the level of care and interest in my well being!

Dr. Meka listened to my concerns and provided clear recommendations for treatment. I was seen promptly - even early - so my experience was very positive. Great practice!

There was a fire drill during my visit there. And nobody really told me what to do. I kind of just had to follow the staff down in the back stairwell. So that was kind of scary. It would've been nice if somebody would've told the patients what was going on.

Dr Meka and her assistant are very caring and do pay attention to their patients. I am lucky to be in their care.

This was my first visit so as a new patient I wouldn't expect a physician to know my medical history. My Covid shot was so painless that I didn't even know it was completed!!

I love my Doctors

I was a new patient with the doctor. I have a lot of serious issues and I'm older. She didn't want me to come back to see her till next year in April. This is October. I think with my age and health background being not great, I was just in the hospital the end of August involved with my heart and my kidney transplant. I think if I were the doctor, I think I would have said three months, four months or five months, not six months.

Everybody made me feel, like I &my health conditions mattered,and they understood and really cared. God bless every one &thank you all... ps this was thee 1st survey I have ever been able to do, so I hope u all receive this.

Overall my visit went well. My previous provider left the practice & I was never notified of that happening. I only received a call stating the Dr wouldn't be in the office that day of my appt so I needed to call to reschedule. So I'm hoping I like this new provider because when I'm not comfortable that makes me not want to go & I really don't want that to happen. I'm also not a fan of dealing with a navigator to make an appt. I always liked speaking with the office itself.

Love this practice overall, however, this particular provider has a mannerism about her that is somewhat dismissive. Perhaps a generational thing, but she constantly says. " yeah, definitely." Which does it really inspire confidence

My doctor is fantastic and funny. She is so smart and on top of her game!

It's probably best I not say anything. All I will say is that I was extremely disturbed that she kept me waiting almost 50 minutes. After that I become so upset I really don't feel like discussing my personal issues as I don't feel a deep connection. We'll see next time...
