The provider was very nice, but there were some issues with communication. This was my first pregnancy appointment. My husband and I were very concerned with the wording the provider used when she first came in: "So I looked at your ultrasound... a couple of things..." then she continued typing and told me about what to expect for the remainder of my pregnancy appointments. I was scared when she said "a couple of things" because I assumed there were problems with my ultrasound, but I'm assuming she just meant there were a couple of unrelated things she had to go over with me. It was hard to follow because she would say part of a sentence and then pause to type, and then say a couple more words, then seemed to lose her train of thought as she typed some more. I think more clear and professional wording could be used to avoid misconceptions. Slowing down to speak and making eye contact before or after typing the report could also help give patients more clarity and make them feel paid attention to. I felt as if I wasn't welcome to ask questions since it seemed so rushed. But overall, I had a pleasant experience with the staff and am eager to meet the rest of the providers.

Well, my experience with Dr. O'Donnell was not good at all. The experience with the nurse was wonderful. She was so lovely, so caring, so kind. She made the beginning of the appointment great and she took blood at the end and was also very careful and kind and did everything as she should. I am also a health care provider. I'm an occupational therapist and understand what good patient care is. I can say with Dr. O'Donnell, she was not familiar with some things that I have experienced and was very quick to kind of give her input on my situation without collaborating with me. So it was very disappointing. I will not be seeing her again and I feel really sad for other women going through what I am going through to have ?

Where to begin I get annual exams only pay for certain amount of time then don't ask if there are other concerns and seem unhappy to have to answer questions! Then maybe not say I have no idea why your still experiencing cramping without a period-your post menopausal and your ovaries are probably shriveled up by now !

The doctor was very friendly. I felt very calm and pleasant working with her. I felt like I was a part of my plan. I knew what was going on. She answered my questions. She gave me information that I wasn't aware of, and I am looking forward to my next visit with her.

I'm actually really grateful that I went. I hadn't been to the OBGYN in over 10 years and have always had horrible experiences back home in Ocean County. And everybody from the front office staff to the nurses and assistants, as well as the doctor, really put my mind at ease and also didn't make me feel like guilty or any shame for not going for 10 years. I really felt seen and heard and appreciative of that. They eased my mind and answered my questions and I'll actually go back. I just wanted to say thank you.

I want to say that I appreciate getting an appointment with Yvonne ODonnel because I absolutely felt very comfortable and appreciated her professional outlook and medical care. In fact, I'm going to schedule an appointment with her for a check up as soon as I can. I have already referred her to a good friend of mine. The nurse was amazing who took my information and vitals too. Thank you so much.

Great care

I feel like I was listened to during this visit. I also feel like the doctor was very knowledgeable and tried to get to the bottom of my issue instead of sparing it off. I feel like I got the correct test done without handful, and I feel like my issue will be getting resolved.

Everyone was super nice and caring.

Dr Yvonne O'Donnell is great!! Very easy to talk to and a caring, compassionate person.

Yvonne was the APN I met with. I liked her but she did treat me like a number. I felt like I had more specific questions to ask since this is my first pregnancy, I ended up not asking them because she was very blunt and didn't seem super friendly. She wasn't terrible but I definitely felt like just another patient to her, like she was just doing her rounds.

I really enjoyed Yvonne, the PA, Yvonne. It was my first time and she made me feel very, very comfortable. She spoke to me and it was a wonderful experience.

I wholeheartedly recommend Yvonne, T O'Donnell, and the rest of the team who assisted me. They were all very attentive. But I especially loved Yvonne's approach and her genuine concern for my well-being. I am very grateful to the entire team who helped me.

Dr. O'Donnell was wonderful

This was my first visit since my previous doctor died. Everyone friendly and helpful. I was able to ask questions and give details of my history. Felt like I was seen as a person, not just another number.

I was nervous because this was my first visit to this practice. I left feeling very relaxed because everyone I interacted with was lovely.

Not a fan of GYN exams but, Yvonne made me feel at ease comfortable.

Dr. Yvonne was awesome. She listened thoroughly. She talked to me about many different things, drew lab work, called me when the lab results were in. Extremely personable, knowledgeable, compassionate, caring, excellent. As well as [REDACTED], the lab or the tech who did my vital signs and drew my blood work, she was incredible as well. The practice is great and I'm going to tell all my friends. Thank you.
