I found my experience to be extremely pleasant. Everyone was friendly, patient and knowledgeable. This was my first visit to this location and loved the spacious layout and welcoming decor. Dr. Shirley has been wonderful since I first met him at the hospital. I trust his care completely!

Everyone was very helpful, especially the assistant, and very kind. So was the doctor as well. However, I didn't feel like the doctor was as thorough in finding the problem. Maybe because he's a knee surgeon and I don't need surgery yet, but I'm having problems with my knee. So I still have the problem, but I did get the shot. So yeah, I think that I took several x-rays and I only saw one that he showed me. So I'd like to have seen the side x-rays as well. But other than that, yeah, I think the problem was it wasn't a good match because the person was a knee surgeon and I didn't need surgery. So I'm still trying to figure out why my knee locks. And maybe there's another doctor I can go to.

Dr. Shirley was quite patient we Ty me being a part in. When I called, he responded quickly to the call and called I in all prescriptions needed to manage my pain until I could get in to get a cortisone shot.

Yes, I was very well pleased. Dr. Shirley was excellent and my stitches were beautiful. I went back to Dr. Shirley and he checked him and he took the bandage off and it still looks very, very good. I went to disability over to Masonic Villages and spent quite many, many weeks there and I am home now. I came home on Saturday and everything looks good. The stitches look good and also I had an elbow I fell and that was sore. I had open cuts and then my shin bone had open cuts and they're healing very well. So I'm very, very thankful that everything turned out all right.

The nurses was very respectful. I never had anyone to help me as the nurses did. And the doctor, he knows what he's talking about. And I really trust him for what he's going to do for me. And I like him. He's very confident in what he says. He strongly stands by his words. You can see it in his voice when he talking to you. And that's what I like. Someone is strong in their confidence in making a person feel better. And that's what he's going to do. He told me he's going to make me feel better. And I'll be waiting for this day to come.

Everyone from the person scheduling the appointment to the person at the front desk, to the nurse taking me back to the exam room and taking my history to Dr. Shirley- they all made me feel very comfortable and listened to my concerns. I haven't felt like my health issues have been addressed till going to Virtua and meeting this wonderful team. Highly recommend Virtua Hip and knee.

The office did not seem as though they were overrun with phone calls. when I was there. The phone system is definitely something you need to work on.

My hip feels great again

The office and technical staff are well trained and friend. The office layout is good but the location difficult for me coming from Moorestown.

I was given a cortisone shot in knee and was not told there could be side effects. I was alarmed by facial flushing the next day. looked it up to find that is a side effect as well as insomnia which I also had and I am prediabetic and it can raise blood sugar. please inform patients and have a discussion before leaving exam room. also was told at initial diagnosis I didn't have degenerative arthritis but all of a sudden I had it 3 mos later after a closer look at my scan. I am not satisfied with this .

I have been to this facility several times and each time the entire staff was pleasant and helpful.

Just wish they put more meds. in the shot they gave me for my knee. He said go home and rest and do my routine tomorrow. So I did but next day still couldn't walk much on my leg. So I called the next day a doctor left message in my chart not a call and wrote can take up to 48 ,72 hours to work.Mean time I can't walk. It needs to be replaced.
