Very happy with the outcome

I was not sure where to go when I got to Virtua. The officer at front seat directed me to the 3rd floor. Got there only to be told I had to go back to 1st floor. I had the two weeks ago. Walking with a cane is not easy. I was in pain and exhausted by the time I reached the right place 100E. I wish the front desk could direct me to proper area. I told him it was follow up from total knee replacement. Apparently the lady I sat next to when I finally checked in said same happened to her.

She was absolutely delightful, interested, concerned, caring, engaging, friendly and trustworthy!! This is why I love this practice and each person that comes in contact with me, from the front desk A team ladies, the awesome techs, assistants and my wonderful surgeon. I am most fortunate to have these incredible people taking care of me!!

The waiting time was longer than usual

The provider didn't introduce herself when entering the room. It seem like she was in a rush which made me feel uncomfortable. I was told if I had any questions she would address them. She did to a certain extent but I felt rush so I didn't get all my questioned answered because I was trying hard to keep up with her pace. I did ask a question about a Dme product. Her response was to buy it. When all my insurance needed was a letter of medical necessity. At that point my husband and I were ready to leave. We just felt like a chart to her.

Very thorough preoperative visit. I feel I'm sufficiently prepared for my replacement.

Physician Assistant was very pleasant and patient with me. I had her when she gave me my shots in my knee

It was informative and my questions were answered.

I prefer to go to this location because it's closer to where I work but I also love the way the staff greets and treats you.

My experience was fantastic with the exception of the phone system. I had to wait over 8 1/2 hours to get a return call which I never received so my wife had to drive to Virtua to make the appointment in person you have to correct the phone system.

Virtua Orthopedics in Burlington employs outstanding physicians, nurses and staff. Thank you. Keep up good work.

Did not always understand the individual drug interactions between NSAIDS and gastrointestinal issues. All the scripts were were not called in to the pharmacy.

This is the first time I've been in the hospital since my kids were born and I have to say everyone was professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. I had a very good experience.

Even though I explained that I was still in severe pain the provider brushed it off as normal, and the prescription she prescribed for pain did not go through, and she did not respond to my or the pharmacy's request to resolve the issue the next day.
