Explained everything in detail and answered all my questions.

This is the first time I've been in the hospital since my kids were born and I have to say everyone was professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. I had a very good experience.

Even though I explained that I was still in severe pain the provider brushed it off as normal, and the prescription she prescribed for pain did not go through, and she did not respond to my or the pharmacy's request to resolve the issue the next day.

I was running late for my appointment because of an unforseen auto accident. The Virtual team took me in as if nothing happened. I really appreciated that. Thank you.

This VidCon gave me the cortisone shot on the opposite side of my knee, and it has been five days and helped zero. I'm in more and more and more pain every single day. I have called the office, have not received any updates, I have texted them. I have not received any message. And this is very unfortunate that I'm in a stressful, painful situation because of the lack of understanding of this physician or PA, whatever she was, where and how to give the cortisone shot. Because previously, every, each one of them

She was very attentive and listened. She was very gentle removing the dressing on my incision. She was very encouraging about my recovery. When asked about my continuing to take an aspirin 2x a day, she wasn't positive about Dr. Porat's protocol and went to check to be sure. I apologize for not knowing how to spell her name.

Your representative went up and above to handle getting an appointment for me. I had a time restriction due to a trip planned. Nothing was too much for her. Never had anyone in any organization go to the trouble she did to help me. Give her a raise!

Pre surgery conference. Covered everything needed. Alit of info . at one time.

I had to ask her what her name was as she did not introduce herself to me. I asked about handicap parking placard and she told me to go to my police station for an application. I did that. I then called my scheduler contact for the fax number to send application to the office. I was told that the completed application was at the office. I was annoyed that Z gave me the wrong information.

She is very professional. She explains everything very well and she answers your questions. I highly recommend her. Thank you.

Good day. This is [PHI] returning your survey. My provider was excellent. Her attention to my detail was great. She understood what was going on. However, everything else about your system is abysmal. And I mean abysmal. No one gets back to me. The MRI script was never sent. It is impossible to try to get a hold of your office. I'm totally frustrated with your administrative system. If it wasn't for her, I would dump you. Thank you.
